Strawberry tart with cream

Ingredients

biscuits 300 gr.
Brown sugar
melt butter and cool 120 g
mousse:
strawberries (mashed in a blender with powdered sugar) 700 gr.
powdered sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
gelatin 10 gr.
cream 35% + 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar 200 ml.
coarsely grated dark chocolate 30 gr.
shape 30 cm in diameter

Cooking method

  • Delicious, not at all difficult to prepare summer dessert! You can substitute strawberries with any fruit and berry! Try it!
  • Basket:
