Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs
Sugar 75 g
Wheat flour 75 g
Vanilla extract 1-2 drops
Jam (any) taste

Cooking method

  • I bring to your attention a recipe for a very instant roll.
  • Beat sugar and eggs in a food processor for 10 minutes. The mass should increase by 3-4 times.
  • Stir the whipped mass from bottom to top (by hand with a whisk), slowly add flour. The dough is very thin.
  • Pour it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. We bake for 7 - 10 minutes at 180 * C.

  • In the meantime, heat the jam slightly to make it thinner.
  • Pour a thin layer of sugar on a towel (you can use baking paper).
  • We overturn the finished square of dough on a towel sprinkled with sugar, grease it with a layer of jam (today I have grated currants) and, until the dough has cooled, we roll it into a roll.
