Linguini pasta with squid and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

Linguini paste 400g
squid 300g
Cherry tomatoes 10-15pcs
olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons
parsley
garlic 3-4 cloves
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Boil the linguine paste.
  • Peel the squid, cut them into strips about 1 cm wide, 4-5 cm long. Peel the garlic, crush lightly and fry over low heat. After 2 minutes, put the squids. cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add finely chopped parsley, and after another 2 minutes the tomatoes, cut into halves. Season with salt and pepper. Interfere. In total, the dish takes 10-12 minutes to cook. As soon as the squids are ready, put the pasta in the pan and stir gently. The food is very light and easy to prepare.
  • Linguini is pasta. The spaghetti is round and the linguine is flat like our noodles. I have been cooking something similar for many years and just call it Seafood sauce
