Puff pastry pyramids with meat

Ingredients

Puff pastry (I have yeast) 500g.
lean meat (chicken fillet, turkey, pork) 200g.
Hmeli-suneli (seasoning of your choice) 1h l.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Salt pepper taste
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Egg * for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat (I have a turkey) into small cubes. Do not use a meat grinder or blender !!!!!!
  • Dice the onion or grate it on a coarse grater.
  • Mix meat with onions, salt and pepper, add hops-suneli. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Defrost the puff pastry, roll out in one direction, cut into squares. Cut each square additionally diagonally.
  • Place the filling on the triangles. Connect two corners of the triangle, pinch:

  • Place on a baking sheet lined with paper, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. I smeared with sour cream diluted with milk.
