Marble cake pound (Panasonic SR-TMH18)

Ingredients

Dough:
granulated sugar 225 g
butter (softened) 225 g
premium wheat flour 225 g
eggs (room temperature, large) 3 pcs (170-175 g)
chocolate (70-75%) 90 g
salt pinch
baking powder 1 tsp (5 g)
Glaze:
cream 20% 60 ml
chocolate 100 g

Cooking method

  • Pound muffins get their name from the fact that the main ingredients for their preparation were originally taken in the amount of one British pound (approximately 450 grams). From this amount of products, two "full-size" muffins are obtained. Therefore, for baking in a multicooker, I reduced their volume by exactly half.
  • And so, beat the softened butter for about 5 minutes, add granulated sugar and beat for another 5-7 minutes.
  • At this time, melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, so that it has time to cool down by the time it is added to the dough.
  • Continuing to beat the butter, add eggs one at a time, beating after each for at least a minute.
  • Sift the flour with salt and baking powder. Add to the butter and egg mixture, mix.
  • Separate slightly less than half of the dough and mix with chocolate (in a separate bowl).
  • We shift the chocolate dough to white and literally make a couple of stirring movements with a spoon from bottom to top.
  • Grease the saucepan of the multicooker with oil, spread the dough and bake for about an hour and a half (be guided by your multicooker). The toothpick comes out of the finished cake dry.
  • We leave the cake in a saucepan for 5-10 minutes, after which we carefully turn it over onto a steaming device. Let the cake cool completely.
  • Decorate the finished cake with icing:
  • Bring the cream to a boil, add the chocolate pieces and mix quickly.
  • Marble cake pound (Panasonic SR-TMH18)
  • Enjoy your meal!

Note

This cake is best baked in a slow cooker. No matter how much I tried to bake it in the oven, the result was disastrous, the cake was simply not baked.

I can taste it, but I don't have a multicooker ...
Gasha

Sonadora
Girls, Thank you so much! I love you very, very much!

Tanyush, the cupcake is pretty sweet. If you don't like very sweet pastries, you can take a little less sugar.

Marish, in the comments (in the Tasty Blog) the girls wrote that they got this cupcake in the oven, and Tatiana, the author of the blog, always gives very accurate and proven recipes. I didn't succeed. I don't even know why (baked in a silicone mold with a hole).

Manechka, I want to ask, I have Orionchik, the minimum time is 50 minutes. I bake all the cupcakes twice 50. And what do you advise this one?
Sonadora
Svetlana, then 2x50. I would try 15 minutes before the end of the second "fifty minutes", without switching off the baking mode, open the lid and see.
Twist
Marishkawhat a handsome man! And the layering is just awesome!
No matter how much I tried to bake it in the oven, the result was disastrous, the cake was simply not baked.

It's time to rejoice, especially since summer is ahead, and you don't want to turn on the oven ... in the heat you don't want to.
Marish, write later, please, how it happened!

Joy, Marish, Thank you! I would be glad if you like the cupcake!

Alexandra

There is a whole series of such, La Forme Perfect, I have 2 different sizes for a rectangular cake (I bought it for bread) and with a savaren hole
Sonadora
Ksyusha, Alexandra, Thank you!

Ksyusha, I just couldn't do this one. It was baked for a long time, then it fell out of the form in parts. The rest pop up without problems, the shape of the inexpensive Regent.

Alexandra, thanks for the advice! I have not come across such, I will have to look more closely!
Tanyulya
What a beautiful cupcake !!!! (y) Can't pass by. To bookmarks
Melanyushka
Very nice cupcake! I try to make less fatty baked goods, but this one is so handsome, and I can't resist at all in the cut - what a beauty! Be sure to bookmark, occasionally, I think, you can afford this to yourself, and the family will be happy ...
Alexandra
I apologize, Sonador, I'm getting into someone else's recipe

Melanyushkaif you do not want fatty - just replace the butter with fat-free soft cottage cheese in the same amount, there will be no significant difference in the consistency and taste of cesa
Melanyushka
Alexandra, thank you very much!
I myself have already begun to think out, if you remove the butter, it will just turn out a biscuit, but somehow it did not come to mind about cottage cheese, now I will try to make it according to the original recipe and for myself, with less fat content.

Alexandra, I am for it!
Alexandra, I have a question about low-fat cottage cheese: how good is it when cottage cheese is 0%? I used to buy exactly this, and then somewhere I came across information that calcium is not absorbed at all from fat-free fermented milk products.

Melanyushka, write later, please, how it happened with the cottage cheese!

Here I am Manyun Having heard enough information about the uselessness of zero cottage cheese, practicecKi stopped buying it ...

I switched to 5% (like no more / no less), occasionally I take 1.9% or 2% ... but I try not to take zero at all ...
Kalmykova
But I made up my mind and baked it in the oven! And everything worked out great, so don't be afraid. I replaced half of the butter with cottage cheese and slightly reduced the sugar. The family liked it, but we are waiting for our daughter tomorrow - a chocolate addict from the camp, she will make a verdict.
Sonadora
Inus, here I am too.

Kalmykov, we will wait for the verdict of our daughter and hope that we like it!

I will have to try again to bake in the oven, in a simple form. Maybe I shouldn't have kept this recipe on the "black list" for so many years!
Kalmykova
Kaneshna! My daughter liked it, so we will continue to bake! And I advise everyone!
Alexandra
Sonadorochka, sorry, I just saw the question.
I am not a specialist, so at one time, when faced with the need to find a balanced nutrition system in order to reduce weight and stabilize my diabetes, I focused on professionals. I tried a lot of things on myself - and found a site to Lose weight. ru Elena Stoyanova.

Elena is a scientist, academician, she systematically approaches the solution of problems in general. Since her basic education was not medical - in the process of finding a solution, first for herself (she initially had the same problems), and then for others, she received two more educations - pharmacological and medical.

So since she unambiguously recommends 0% fat cottage cheese as the basis of her nutrition system, it means that for me it makes sense and benefits. It is the same with stevia - at one time, on the Lose Weight site, I asked Elena about different approaches to her and received an unequivocally positive answer, which suited me.

I do not urge anyone to take on faith. For myself, I decided to rely on the opinion of a specialist, confirmed by a systematic analysis of the issue. And my health has improved, since 2007 it has become possible to compensate for my diabetes only with proper nutrition, without medication.

Again - minimizing animal fats implies a sufficient amount of healthy unrefined olive or other vegetable oil, the use of fish or Omega 3 (fish oil), a small amount of nuts, a balanced combination of cottage cheese and fruits, a large amount of non-starchy carbohydrates - vegetables. especially raw, avoiding white flour in favor of small amounts of cereals high in coarse fiber (whole flour, bran, crushed grains)

It is up to everyone to decide for themselves what and how to eat, because each person is responsible for himself, his health and life

Sonadora!
The cupcake turned out to be just incredible - the most delicious cupcake recipe! One drawback - ended quickly! And no one tried his baking for a complete recipe? Assuming we only take a pound (450 g), how much should we keep on baked goods? Yesterday I baked it for the first time, today I repeat, on Saturday the children ask to bake 2 pieces, so I think - maybe it's easier to bake a full-size one? I slightly changed the recipe - I added vanillin and raisins to the dough. In addition, I cut it into 2 cakes and spread it in the middle almost lemon Kurd - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=89596.0 it turned out just super - delicious!
Thanks for such a wonderful recipe!
Sonadora
Kalmykova, I'm very glad that I liked it! To the health of my daughter and the whole family!

Alexandra, Thank you so much! I will definitely read the information on this topic yet!

Prus, Love, health! It is very pleasant that the cupcake was to your taste!
If you are baking a large cake, then it is probably better to take a large 30x40 pan so that it bakes evenly.
Prus - 2

Thank you for quick answer! But, probably, I will bake as in the recipe - half a portion. It's scary to even imagine an oven turned on in such heat! What a blessing that there is a faithful friend - a cartoon! My daughter took half a cake to work today - there will be reviews in the evening. And also, after a night in the fridge, the cake tasted even better. For the first time, the children did not even let him cool down to the end - they cut, smeared the already cut with Kurd and glaze, and swept him with tea at once. Moreover, they are very picky about food! And yet - I made the glaze a little differently (according to the good old recipe of my mother) - 3 teaspoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 50 g of butter, vanillin - all on fire, stirring continuously, bring to a boil, let it simmer for a couple of minutes until thickened, cool it and on the cake (cake). Sonador, thank you very much again!

Yeah, satisfying. Only then we stomp together in "weight-loss" topics.

I don't have time for anything myself, so many recipes are lying and waiting in the wings! I told all my acquaintances that until I baked everything and tried it, the end of the world would not come. And it worked!

Wah !!!! Wonderful baking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to thank you for the wonderful pound cake recipe! True, I baked in muffin tins, since my men love ma-a-scarlet cupcakes, apparently it seems that there are more of them! But before, I always used a split form for 24 in the oven (there is no multicooker) and everything was baked perfectly. Thank you!
Prus - 2
Sonadora, Manya, at the request of the girls, posted a recipe for a muffin cake, adapted for KM Kenwood, based on this recipe of yours! Thank you very much for it! For many years I have been baking and I do not get tired of thanking you - my daughter's favorite confection! True, now we have it in the form of a cake - with a cream layer))).
Sonadora
Lyuba, you got a funky cupcake cake. Thank you very much for sharing the recipe. I will definitely use it.
Prus - 2
Manechka, I thank you every time I bake! If you like it in my modification, I will be very happy!
