Lamb soup with dried cherry plum

Ingredients

Lamb on the bone 500-600 grams
Fresh potatoes 3 pcs. middle
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Fresh carrots 1 PC.
Dried cherry plum 8-10 pcs. taste
Bitter red pepper 5-6 rings
Fresh parsley 1-2 tbsp. l. chopped
Fresh garlic 1-2 teeth
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the ham into portions, sprinkle with salt, spices, let it marinate for several hours, I had the meat in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Then I cooked meat in a slow cooker. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, 1 tbsp. l., put the portioned meat and fry until blush. Then pour 0.5 liters of water, set the Multi-cook mode, time 20 minutes, 110 * C and bring the meat to readiness.
  • In a frying pan, sauté carrots (cut into thin strips), onion, bitter pepper, garlic (crush).
  • Transfer the browned vegetables to a ceramic pan, add the potatoes (cut into strips of fries), the cherry plum washed with hot water, the meat with broth from the multicooker, add water until the soup is thick, and cook until the potatoes and vegetables are ready.
  • At the end of cooking, add fresh parsley, taste, salt and cook until tender.
  • Pour hot soup into bowls and serve hot. Sprinkle with green onion on top.
