Oven-baked cauliflower

Ingredients

cauliflower 400 gr.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
cream (fat content does not matter) 4 tbsp. l.
grated parmesan cheese or any of your favorites 40 gr.

Cooking method

  • I saw this recipe from ksy-putan from LJ. He bribed me with his simplicity and speed of preparation, he added a little fresh basil and parsley on his own, so, a blitz recipe!
  • Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, if they are large, cut in half and place in a heat-resistant form greased with oil.
  • Bake at 220 aboutFrom the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add salt if necessary, taking into account the salinity of the cheese.
  • Place on a plate and sprinkle with basil and parsley.
  • Serve with fresh tomato wedges.
  • An excellent side dish for meat, but can be served as an independent dish.
