Ingredients

Composition for 16 buns, 50-60 g each
flour, premium 500 g
fresh yeast 10 g
sugar 85 g
warm milk 260 ml
egg 1 PC
butter 50 g
salt 1 tsp without slide
For the cream:
milk 250 ml
Sahara 125 g
egg 1 PC
flour 2.5 tsp
butter 10 g
grease milk 2-3 st. l
egg yolk 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Composition for 16 buns, 50-60 g each
  • I added sugar and yeast to warm milk and stirred it.
  • Margarine, cut into pieces, with flour,

  • and put this mixture into milk with sugar and yeast.
  • I added the rest of the ingredients and kneaded the dough.
  • Mix well, 10 minutes, no less.
  • The dough is soft and sticky.
  • Tighten with foil and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours. After an hour and a half, the dough will rise. Put it on the board.
  • Fold the dough 3-4 times, cover with a towel and leave for another half hour in a warm place.
  • Preparing the cream:
  • Stir flour, egg, 100 ml of milk so that there are no lumps. Heat the remaining milk with sugar.
  • Pour boiling milk into the egg mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Put the cream on fire.
  • Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly, add oil so that the cream does not dry out on top.
  • Cool under the lid.
  • Making buns:
  • Divide the dough into pieces of 60-70 grams.

  • Roll each thinly, put the filling on one edge

  • Cover with a towel again, let stand in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Mix the yolk with milk. Grease the buns and bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on the oven).
