Rock salt 1.5 tsp.
Turmeric and Saffron Blend (Powder) 1/4 tsp
Butter 30 g
Vanilla sugar 13 g
Wheat flour, premium 604 g
Yeast SAF-moment 1 tsp
Light raisins pitted 100 g

Cooking method

  • Load all ingredients except raisins into the bucket of the bread machine. Select the White bread program with a dark crust. Add raisins on a whistle.
  • At the signal about the end of baking, take out the bread and wrap it in a cotton napkin until it cools completely.

Maria, feel free to add turmeric. I have already corrected the recipe. There is no saffron in powder in our country, I also looked. If you buy saffron with stigmas, then 1 gram of saffron spice has about 400 veins. It is enough to add 5-10 veins to my recipe, after grinding them into powder.

Great recipe. Baked for the old New Year.
Added both turmeric and saffron. There were stamens, according to the rules, they must be insisted on alcohol and the liquid should already be used in cooking. I made it easier - I ground a pinch of saffron directly into flour (maybe not very much, but in the process they all dissolved perfectly).
The bread is beautiful and festive.
