Lavash At the dacha

Ingredients

Lavash thin
squash
fresh carrots
round grain rice
a tomato
salt
water
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • The recipe of my summer resident friend
  • Cut the zucchini into cubes, put in a heated pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil, add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Grate the carrots, add to the zucchini, you can also add one tomato, rice .. Simmer until tender, until the zucchini becomes transparent.
  • Add spices and salt.
  • When the minced vegetables have cooled, wrap in pita bread and fry until golden brown.
  • Delicious!! Lavash fried until crisp, tender minced vegetables

Time for preparing:

40 minutes

Note

I buy round lavash, cut it in half and stuff it.
Our favorite dish is zucchini, that is, until winter
You can also stuff it with minced meat after frying it.

Wrap in a roll and fry. We made on a grill in nature. To say that it is delicious is to say nothing! My only advice is that you don't need to put a lot of food.
