Scarlett SC-400. Milk bread

Ingredients

Milk 125g.
Water 125g.
Ghee butter 20g.
Fresh yeast 8d.
Wheat flour 380g.
Powdered milk (cream) 20g.
Salt 8d.
Sugar 15g.

Cooking method

  • Heat water, milk and butter to 37C. Pour HP into the bucket.
  • Grind yeast with sugar and leave for 10 minutes. Pour HP into the bucket.
  • Top with flour, salt, milk powder.
  • Mode No. 2 French, medium crust, 750g. (time 3hrs 20min.)
  • Scarlett SC-400. Milk bread
  • Delicious, soft, aromatic bread !!!
