Ingredients

eggs 4 things
granulated sugar 150 g
butter 120 g
wheat flour 112 g
milk 500 ml
vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • I don't even know which category this pastry should be classified into, is it a pie or a cake? It is very simple and fast to prepare. During the cooking process, all the ingredients are mixed, and during baking they stratify and form three layers: the most delicate biscuit, milk cream and pudding. Are you ready to try?
  • Melt the butter and cool.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Beat the yolks (grind) with sugar until white.
  • Gradually add flour in small portions. Then add the butter. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Heat the milk to 37-40 degrees and add to the dough in two or three steps. The dough becomes very runny.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm peaks. Add to the dough. It is better to stir first with a spoon and then with a whisk. The dough turns out to be of an unusual consistency, quite liquid, like for pancakes or pancakes, very tender and airy.
  • Grease a mold (24 cm) with butter, carefully lay out the dough.
  • We put the oven in an oven that is razoretoy up to 175-180 degrees and bake until cooked for 45-50 minutes, be guided by your oven. The toothpick comes out of the finished pie dry.
  • Let the cake cool completely in the form.
  • Before serving, decorate the cake with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries or fruits.

Well, such an interesting thing. Delicious and smells good. Of course, this is not a cake, but rather a dessert. Not a lot of body movements during cooking: everything is done by a blender and a mixer. Baked in a slow cooker. It turned out right, right.
In a word, I liked it. The eggs were not particularly given, but the sourness was not enough for me. Therefore, I do not powder on top of the picsfell, and smeared it with a thin layer of sour-sour black cherry plum jam, more likely even with marmalade or boiled puree, but completely without sugar (I prepared several small jars especially for fillings). And it turned out great! I want to bake the same dessert with cocoa.
