Stuffed Vegetable Peppers (Liberton LMC 05-02)

Ingredients

Bell pepper 10 pieces
raw rice 1 glass
carrot 3 pieces
onion 3 pieces
tomato 1 kg
hard cheese 200 grams
mushrooms 250 grams
sugar 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Prepare sweet peppers for stuffing. Rinse raw rice. Carrots on a coarse grater and onion cubes fry in vegetable oil - whoever likes it. Cheese on a coarse grater. Mix everything - onions, carrots, cheese, rice and mushrooms. Salt to taste. Chop the dill finely and add to the minced meat. Fill the peppers loosely. Chop the tomatoes in mashed potatoes on a blender, sugar and salt. Fold the peppers into a MV. Pour over tomato puree. On extinguishing 1-1.5 hours. 1 hour is enough for me.

this is my favorite dish, very easy to prepare and delicious! Here in the photo I made a tomato with water. But it tastes better with tomatoes.

And what mushrooms are fresh, dried or canned? I want to do it too!

I put fresh mushrooms, but you can do any. I like that there is no trouble with the peppers, the rice is raw, I put everything together and oops for an hour, delicious peppers! I always cook them vegetarian, but it is possible with meat according to the same principle.
