Hairpin
Several times I have come across positive reviews about this device. Not that he is cooler than Bosch or Kenwood, but ... for his price - brilliant. In the topic about Bosch and Kenwood food processors, he is like an orphan, so she decided to lend her hand.
Gamma owners, I will be grateful for your feedback!

We will popularize our domestic.
Price / quality +. Stands on the table, always ready to go.
To be honest, there was some mistrust: maybe not as good as they write about him. Now I can tell the harvester
Tanyusha
strawberries, but did you try to knead the dough in it and beat the meringue? If he kneads the dough well, then I'll order it today.
Ukka
strawberry, I join !!!
The harvester is excellent !!! The price is reasonable for such a unit! I have it less than a month, all the attachments have already been tested. I made red currant juice for jelly, apricot puree on a juicer. I made minced meat - everything is fine! Ground coffee. I used graters, I also like it. I used a nozzle for rolling dough on dumplings - the dough needs to be made tighter (flour, eggs and vegetable oil, liquids - minimum).
In general, I am very happy !!!
Girls, thanks for the hint !!!

tanya1962, this harvester is based on an electric meat grinder, so the dough does not knead ...
Ukka
Hairpin, somewhere around 1900 Russian rubles (or rather I'll write tomorrow, check at home). I ordered Gamma 01 and plus a juicer attachment, it was not possible to order a canned food opener attachment.
grandmothers
I can't take pictures of the girls, but the harvester is really good, the advertisement was fully confirmed. Okay, he is like that and is done neatly. I ordered the opener from them additionally for a fee, referred to the fact that it is in the instructions, and the juicer is written - to be ordered separately. And I ordered a juicer for them right away. But the opener has not yet experienced, the need has not yet happened. They also had 12 nozzles and a mixer was included, but they said that it was discontinued. Costs will vary based on shipping. They send what and how much and for what in great detail, and then they send it. I arrived in a plywood box, very well packed. I like the mill very much. For that kind of money, you can and should take it until it is removed from production. All of my friends who ordered on my recommendation are very happy. For those who have badly spoiled the crisis, this is just a godsend. I had this type for a long time and served for 12 years.
Andreevna
Tell me, what is the power of this machine?
grandmothers
voltage 220, rated power consumption 130, power consumption per cycle in kWh no more than 0, 09. Dimensions 320 240 265 mol @ lepse.
Andreevna
Yes, I thought that they have added power over the years. Sorry. 130W for a meat grinder is nothing.
Andreevna
The fact is that I had one in Soviet times. The power seems to be 120W. And she ground the meat so badly, she only took ice cream, so I decided to ask if she might have more power. And the article ..... at my current 1300W, so it will sweep the bones. Therefore, I think that with an input power of 130W, there will be no more useful power. Although, for such a price it's okay.

In that post I wanted to write that the dough does not knead. And it does not whip, these functions are not.
I'm used to kneading in a Tupperver's kneading platter.
The set includes: three graters, a meat grinder, an attachment for cutting meat d / beef stroganoffs, a coffee grinder, attachments for dough (cookies, dumplings). Add. juicer.

It copes well with trimmed meat. I checked it specially. And with chilled meat too.

strawberries, and grinds tomatoes for juice?

I didn't make it out of tomatoes. By the way, I'll do it tomorrow.
alissa
I read the topic, caught fire and decided to order. I have a heavy-duty meat grinder (Panas 1800) and therefore, first of all, I will need "secondary" functions - a millstone mill, a vegetable cutter and a screw (!!!!) juicer. For such a price it is a sin not to use it.
But my friend just needs an electric meat grinder, there was a choice between Kenwood 510 and Panasonic, and here I was with info about Gamma .... I thought about it, but still the power is embarrassing ... Although the owners write that they grind meat without problems ... Maybe someone has experience comparing "basurman" meat grinders with a domestic manufacturer? Or I myself, when I get it, will compare my Panasonic with Gamma ... Before Panas, I had a Ratep meat grinder and a nozzle for a Bosch combine (power 450 W), Bosch did not grind anything at all, I still use it as a stationary mixer, The rate is better, of course, but still it didn’t suit me to the end, it twisted the wires, I had to disassemble it often. I threw it out after the repair, Panas bought it, he grinds everything, of course ...

Hostesses of Gamma!
Can you please tell me how wide it makes the dough for dumplings? And is it possible to somehow adjust its thickness?
Is there a lot of waste when rubbing vegetables? Is there a nozzle for potato pancakes (grater, like a nail punched, grating raw vegetables in mashed potatoes)?
Thank you in advance.
Does the unit make a lot of noise during operation?
Anna
alissa
The dough for dumplings is rolled out to 5-6 cm. The thickness is not adjustable. There are no attachments for potato pancakes, there are 3 shredders - for discs, a coarse grater and a smaller one. Waste, from my point of view, is not much.
Of course, it makes a noise, but I would not call the noise unbearable.
kashtan
I have this Gamma for 4 years in a complete set meat grinder + vegetable cutter. There is nothing else, but I don't need it. The meat grinder used to cope with a bang, now it's worse, I think it's a knife - it's dull. My husband tried to sharpen, it got better, but still not as much as before. For now, I'm going to get to the professional sharpener.
But the vegetable cutter is generally satisfied. And just such a grater is there:
Quote: akapl

a grater, like a nail punched, grinding raw vegetables in mashed potatoes

And there is much less waste than a traditional bowl and disc combine.
alissa
Indeed, it probably depends on the configuration. I have Gamma-01, set 1, 7 attachments, where there are 3 inserts in the vegetable cutter.
And the Gamma-01 set, set 3 - 2 nozzles, but in the vegetable cutter there are 4 inserts. Perhaps this 4th is just for potato pancakes, which I do not have.
kashtan
alissa, I just have gamma-3, but it has three inserts in a vegetable cutter. Maybe in 4 years they have changed something in the configuration. But after all, akapl meant a fine grater, as if pierced with a nail, isn't it in your kit?
alissa
I, it turns out, misinformed everyone! I have a third - and in fact, such an insert as a nail! I haven’t used it yet, because I have Gamma quite recently, for some reason it has been deposited in my memory that there is a shredder, large and small shavings. But in fact - there is a shredder, small shavings and "like a nail"!
I wonder what is the 4th insert?
Ps / Most often I use a meat grinder (of course) and just a "dough roll", and for dumplings, and for homemade noodles
grandmothers
Yes, there is one for potato pancakes, and it’s definitely like a nail pierced
liberiam
Gamma owners with a grinder question for you:
How does she grind grains, herbs?
strawberry
The grains are good. I haven't tried herbs. But we must try!
nut
I also have a Gamma, I use a nozzle for potato pancakes, but the potatoes do not rub like manually, it turns out such small thin worms, because the pusher needs to press down on the potatoes, and a homogeneous mass on a hand grater. I'm already used to it and I don't notice the difference
Olgamil
I will also write about my Gamma. I have it quite recently - only three days, but I have already managed to test its main functions.First I decided to test it as a meat grinder - I bought a pork shank (I took such meat specially, with an abundance of veins and films to see if any meat was "in the teeth" of my Gamma), cut off the thick skin from it, and cut the rest of the meat to the bone and became scroll. It turned out that Gamma coped very easily, did not even push. (Spun at 2nd speed). At the end, I played a piece of bread, and when disassembling the meat grinder, it turned out that the auger and the knife were clean, that is, no veins were wound anywhere, just very little bread remained at the place where the knife was attached. By the way, the meat was completely unfrozen, only chilled. So as a meat grinder, Gamma was at its best!
Then I tested the grater, which is rubbed with fine straws. Cleaned approx. 3 kg of carrots and in a few minutes it turned into small chips, and it was not necessary to stop Gamma in the process, since there is a special device that unloads the grated product from the drum, allowing you to work without stopping. Very comfortably! True, the nozzles became all bright orange after this procedure, but after use I wiped them with sunflower oil, then washed them and all the redness disappeared. Now I have a lot of grated carrots in my freezer!
Then it was the turn of the dough sheeter. I made dumplings according to the recipe from the instructions for the bread maker. The dough rolled out very well, though on dumplings it seems to me that the strip is narrowish, but on dumplings - just right! So this attachment gets credit too!
Well, about the mill. At that time, there was only rice and millet in the house of cereals. I decided to grind the millet. It turned out very large - some kind of cut. I was even slightly upset - I expected to see a finer grind. But then I disassembled the mill, and it turned out that it was not quite correctly assembled - the last part that is pressed by the ring did not fall into the groove with the recess. After assembly, the millet was ground again and at the exit I got the desired result. It did not grind into dust, of course, but it can be safely called flour. I used the resulting flour when baking regular base white bread, just added it to the main flour. The bread turned out to be tall, fluffy, yellowish pulp with a slight taste of millet.
Summary: for that kind of money - Gamma is a super unit! In general, I'm happy!
Tronic
Ladies, tell me about Gammu.
The plant's website lists two harvesters - Gamma-2 and Gamma-1 with up to four attachment options.
What's the difference between Gamma-1 and Gamma-2?
Ukka
I have Gamma-7-01, girls from the forum too ....

The "Gamma-2" seems to have more power ...
nut
I also have Gamma 7-01, I have been using a meat grinder and a grater for 10 years, rubbing potatoes on pancakes, I'm very happy. During this time in serv. center bought 5 pcs. gears that are inserted into the socket and I hope for another eleven years of good work

Girls, those who ordered Gamma from Kirov! Please tell me how long after it was sent to you? And they send it to the mail, do I understand correctly?
Ukka
A friend brought me from Moscow. Op received the parcel by mail 5 days after the payment was seen in Kirov.
khedigat
I was sending them email. letter, but there was no answer, so I called on the phone that is on the site, then I just received an invoice for payment, paid through the bank, then called again, received it in the mail after 8 days, then sent a letter with a guarantee, I am delighted!
Danik51
I bought just such a juicer and mixer, bought a 10grv. the cheapest apples and 2 liters of juice came out, the juice is very tasty. I've never drunk such juice in my life, but what mayonnaise turns out that we can't buy it in the store. Food processor Gamma
strawberry
I bought the same juicer / blender / mill in the fall, I'll try to make mayonnaise.
And here is the top about Gammu.
Suslya
That do not pay attention to Danik, he has such a counter, or praise his stove or poke pictures off topic.

Girls, a big request to all, please give the addresses of service centers for Gamma in Moscow.I decided that this harvester would come in handy at the dacha, I found it, and there the fixing nest in the meat grinder was broken, probably I ground the meat like this;) and the meat grinder is not fixed now. Even the metal is so soft (n) or I overdid it. Of course, I have already lost the instruction for 12 years, so all hope is on you.

Girls, did anyone grind tomatoes for tomato in large quantities on this combine? How does it grind? Was the juice poured inside, to the motor (there was a sad experience with a Kenwood meat grinder)
nut
For 8 years I have been grinding and rubbing everything in a meat grinder, tomatoes for adjika, including, nothing is poured anywhere, the main thing is not to lose the rubber or what is it gasket from, it should be near the hole into which the screw auger is inserted, in the metal body of the meat grinder
Tronic
And today Gamma ordered me to live long.

Grinding the meat, it stalled something, I pushed the meat harder, very harder - I pushed on it, in short. And there something clicked. She then worked a couple more minutes and that's it.
There is sound, but the grind does not grind. It seems that there is something plastic in the place of the motor attachment and the meat pipe is broken. I couldn't even remove the meat grinder from the motor - it jammed.

If anyone is in St. Petersburg and need extra. devices for Gammu - I will give it. I had a mill and a cookie piece that I don't need now.

There is a plastic sleeve in the kit, which breaks in the first place ... try to take it to the service, it may not be so expensive it will still come in handy, even as a mill

Late :) It was an unusually nasty day and the meat grinder was the last straw. I just put it as it is in the trash bag :) So she had no chance of service :)
annnnna
This same plastic bushing is a replaceable fuse, which costs twenty rubles (maybe a little more now) and is designed to protect the motor from overheating in case of overload. As far as I remember, there are three of them in the set for the meat grinder at once, and then you can buy in addition. So they threw it out in vain ...

Lost in thought
There is a gamma in our city.
Think between 7-01-01 with 7 nozzles and 7-02
The first has more attachments - the second has more power
Needed as a meat grinder.
Perhaps as a shredder.
Maybe as a rolling for dumplings - who tried it - how is it?
Good or not using the function !?
Has anyone ordered the juicer separately?
What can she really cope with?
Can it handle apples?
Does anyone have version 2?
Lost between 7-01-01 and 7-02

I bought a Gamma 7-01 1 meat grinder yesterday. And I ordered it on the manufacturer's website, and bought it on the occasion at the Gardener. I'm very happy! I recommend to everyone
ElenaMart
And I have a Gamma 1 configuration. I am very pleased with the meat grinder and vegetable cutter, but I haven’t used the rolling mill and the mill yet.
Lanna
Girls, tell me, please, and who has a mill in the kit, the grinding is regulated there, can you make it smaller or larger?
Ukka
Lanna, yes, it is regulated. I, really, since the coffee was ground and that's it. There was simply no need ... But the millstones are so serious.
Lanna
Oh, thanks, so quickly! And here's another question - do knives and grates come to her from ordinary meat grinders, well, from hardware stores, which were still used by Soviet meat grinders?
