Ingredients

Yogurt sourdough (also bought in the store as a finished product) 3-4 teaspoons

Cooking method

  • During my student days I had to visit the city of Kirovakan in Armenia (Vanadzor (Armenian Վանաձոր) (earlier Karaklis, Kirovakan) - the third largest city in Armenia after Yerevan and Gyumri. Two bottles each (remember wide-necked glass milk bottles?). As it turned out later, milk could be replaced with yogurt. At first, out of habit, we took milk, but as soon as we tasted the yogurt, the milk was safely forgotten. As it turned out, one more was added to all the advantages of this dairy product. And in my opinion significant - it helps a lot ............... with a hangover. Tested on myself.
