Very delicate cake. Slightly crumbly, with a crispy crust and fragrant fruit pieces inside.
The recipe is from the "guests on the doorstep" series, as it prepares very quickly. Tasty both cold and slightly warm.
Cook with love and bon appetit!

MariS
Marish, I love these pies - both delicious and quick to cook !!!
I will definitely try, just need a little rest from tasting all kinds of local delicacies ...
Elenka
Marina, great cake!
I will definitely try. I think buttermilk can be replaced with whey. Yes?
Twist
Marish, Lena, Thank you! I am very happy. that the recipe has stuck!

Lena
, you shouldn't use whey - it will not give that creamy taste like butter. Moreover, it is sold here almost everywhere. Producer "Galicia". It is called "Carpathian Butter".
Elenka
Marina, Thank you!
I did not pay attention, I will definitely buy it.
And I thought that you make butter yourself ...
And where? In Silpo, I think I saw out of the corner of my eye, right?
Twist
Lenochka, in any supermarket, and in "Silpo" too. Where dairy products are.

Wonderful recipe really summer thanks for the recipe and I will also look for a butter dish I also wanted to ask where do you get the almond flakes?
Twist
artemon, I'm glad you liked the recipe!
Almond flakes (or almond chips) are sold in our market, where there are nuts, dried fruits, candied fruits.
You can buy in online stores and on our website, at the Lyulek warehouse.

Unfortunately, I didn't see it before, because you edited the previous message and I didn't receive a notification in the mailing list:

LENOK26, thanks for your attention to the recipe, I will be glad if you like it!
LENOK26
But here I have a question - can buttermilk be replaced with something else? Unfortunately, I haven't met her in our stores.
Twist
Elena, can you sell a butter dish? As a last resort, you can replace it with yogurt.
LENOK26
Well, I'll try to replace it with yogurt and think that everything should work out. I'd love to try a pie according to your recipe!
Twist
Lena, happy baking!

Marina, what if you replace it with kefir or diluted sour cream?
Twist
Olya, still not worth it.
metel_007
Too bad we have to look for buttermilk.
Twist
Olya, look all the same butter in stores (made in "Galicia") - we have it in every store. I think you do too.
