Light Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

milk 150 ml
dry rolled oats about 1.5 glasses
whole wheat flour 0.5 cups
cane sugar 2 tbsp. l.
raisins 1-2 handfuls
vanillin, salt pinch
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The amount of flour and rolled oats is rather relative - more or less can be, it all depends on the moisture content of the flakes and flour. As a result, you should get a mass that does not drain, does not fall from a tablespoon turned down, while it is quite sticky and gradually spreads.
  • Mix all the ingredients, leave for half an hour at room temperature, then spoon the mixture onto greased baking paper in separate portions and bake for about 20 minutes at 190-200 degrees. Freshly baked cookies are quite soft and should be allowed to cool before peeling off the paper.

The dish is designed for

20-25 pieces

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Cooking program:

oven

Note

I love oatmeal cookies, but not what they sell in the store. Seeing this recipe, I baked it and was pleased with the result, the cookies are healthy, and a 5-year-old child will cope with cooking.

I wonder why this super-duper cookie was left without comment!
My child wanted homemade oatmeal cookies. I revised all the recipes, stopped at this ... since the recipe is without baking powder, practically without oil ... with whole grain flour ... so to speak, almost dietary.
I baked it according to the recipe, only there was never cane sugar in the house ... and there were no raisins either.
I added cinnamon and one egg to all the ingredients ... Only recently, while kneading the second portion (my son asked "urgently for more and sweeter"), I realized that I had forgotten to put salt. But this did not affect the taste.
The cookies practically did not spread, but they increased in size ... With great pleasure I take them to bookmarks, SanechkaA, I am grateful ... thank you very much !!!

After adding sugar, the cookies spread and looked and tasted like store oatmeal (photo 3).

An excellent recipe, the cookies turned out to be very pleasant, crumbly and soft at the same time. With so much sugar, it was almost sweetened (though I had regular sugar, brown should it be sweeter?), And therefore it was not cloying at all and ended instantly Photo report will not be
Thanks for the great recipe

The cookie didn't work out very well. When I mixed all the ingredients, the dough turned out to be liquid. I added almost a whole glass of flour, since it is written that the dough should not fall from the spoon. It was only later that I realized that, perhaps, after a 30-minute tincture, the dough should become thick, and not immediately. But how then to predict how much flour will be required for this? The biscuits did not spread, they came out dry and firm enough. Sugar was added and 1 tablespoon and stevia. On two tablespoons of sugar, probably not sweet at all.

Very tasty cookies turned out. And you can do what is called "between times." I added dried apricots cut into pieces to the raisins. In the dough, cinnamon and a teaspoon of baking powder. I think you can also add nuts, sunflower seeds.
I also want to try it with cocoa.
