Ingredients

Egg 4 things
Sugar 185 g
Butter 130 g
Wheat flour, premium 380 g
Cognac 30 g
Baking powder 1 pack (10 g)
Salt 1 tsp
Raisins 70 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes and pour into a food processor.
  • Add softened butter. Mix everything in a food processor.
  • Separately mix sifted premium wheat flour with baking powder and add to food processor.
  • Add salt, brandy and mix everything in a food processor.
  • Add steamed and dried raisins (roll in flour) and mix by hand.
  • Put the whole mixture quickly into a bread maker.
  • Bake in program No. 12 (for Panasonic -2502) "Baking" -1h30min

And my thanks for the recipe. There was no cognac, I added vodka. The eggs gave not 4 but 5, it seemed that they are very small. Butter and margarine 50x50. Everything worked out. At first I was worried that the dough was very thick, but it baked great. The bag of (small) baking powder may be a little too much.

Maybe your flour was damp, the dough should be very thick, apply with a spoon. Yapek constantly according to this recipe - and depending on the flour - I adjust the dough 1 - 2 ct. spoons of flour. Do not be discouraged, "experience is the son of difficult mistakes." Good luck

Is your prescription time 1 hour 30 minutes or 1 hour 50 minutes?
And yet - are you covering the baking dish with baking paper?

Yes, this is the specificity of this model - you cannot add more time more than 2 times. I set the hour, then add from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on which crust you want to get. BUT BAKING - no more than 1 hour 30 minutes, as it is written in the recipe, 1.50 is the total cooking time. No baking paper required - pops up well.

The 1st time the cake was not photogenic, I baked it in KP and was very unsuccessful, it was very tanned, of a negro color, but the middle was tasty, although I (for my taste) did not seem to have enough sourness and I was my own risk and this time I added 1.5 coffee spoons of citric acid (powder). There was no lemon at hand. Baked this time in a multicooker "Panasonic" for 1 hour 50 minutes.
It turned out very tasty !!!
