Ingredients

Dough:
Fresh yeast (dry Saf-levure) 7.5g. (2.5 g)
Sugar 1 / 4h l.
Warm water 100g.
Dough 1:
Opara
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 150g.
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.
Sugar 1 \ 4h. l.
Dough 2:
Dough 1
Warm water 100g.
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 200g.
Vegetable oil 15g.
Pitted olives 1b. (300g.)

Cooking method

  • For dough, dilute the yeast in water, add sugar and leave for 30 minutes.
  • For dough 1, add flour, salt, sugar to the dough. Knead a soft dough in a food processor at 1 speed for 2 minutes. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • For dough 2, add water, butter, flour to the dough 1. Knead in a combine according to the scheme:
  • 1 speed - 2 minutes
  • 2nd speed - 5 minutes.
  • The dough is soft, slightly sticking to the hands, but lagging behind the walls and bottom.
  • Form a ball from the dough, grease with vegetable oil, put in a container, cover with foil and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours. I set the dough mode in MV Brand.
  • Next, knead the dough, if necessary, dust the table with flour. Stretch the dough into a rectangle with your hands. Spread the dried and cut olives on top.
  • Roll up roll. Bend the edges inward and pinch. Sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven together with a baking sheet or baking stone to 250C.
  • Transfer the workpiece to a baking sheet. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 220C and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Ready bread, when tapped on the bottom, emits a dull sound.
  • Cool on a wire rack without a towel.
