Cooking method

  • 1) Mix all ingredients for the dough.
  • 2) Cooking pizza filling - we cut tomatoes, sausages, peppers, olives, ... who has what and what was found in the refrigerator.
  • 3) Pour our dough into a preheated pan, turn down the fire, lay out the filling on top.

  • 4) Sprinkle with mayonnaise on top and cover with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and wait for all the cheese to melt.

I did about five times probably on vacation and always in different ways. Once the mayonnaise was not enough - I added 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, added 1 tsp. baking powder, because the first time the dough seemed heavy. I cooked with sausages, tomatoes, boiled mushrooms or stewed with onions + tomatoes, or even just with tomatoes. Of course, always with cheese, I didn't add mayonnaise to the filling, we don't like it in pizza.
By the way, I didn't measure the flour, I realized that the dough should not be very thick pouring out.
The recipe is what you need! Upon returning home, the daughter always asks to cook more.
