Good day!
I'm a newbie. Bought Zelmer BM1000. I only baked white plain bread and several times with raisins. Everything seems to be nothing, but one problem - the dough rises well, and as soon as the baking mode begins, the top falls, as if settling. You never get a beautiful top raised. Maybe she didn’t understand, but I don’t know how to say otherwise.
If anyone has encountered such a disaster, tell me what to do so that the bread does not settle ...
Thank you in advance!

Try to reduce the amount of yeast or liquid (the reason for the roof to fall off the bread during baking can be excess yeast or excess moisture, read the theory on the rules for forming a wheat ball from Admin).

Hello. I'm new here. I would like to ask about the Zelmer1000 stove. Is it really that bad? She suits me in everything, but I read the reviews here and I'm afraid to buy it. If the window melts and falls inward ... Moreover, the dispenser does not close ... Honestly, I was frightened. Thank you.

Yes, everything will be fine, I am sure that you will be happy with your bread maker and she will be an excellent helper. Since you liked her, HP simply cannot be bad. All bread makers are good. Just use proven recipes from our forum and everything will be

irysska. Thank you very much. I also think that everything will be fine. Not much negative has been written about my stove. I found a video about "Moulinex", I also really liked it. But after reading the reviews, I realized that it was not worth buying. Although at a price several thousand more expensive than mine. The recipe book is good. I'll get my oven on 12, I want to try a French baguette. Then I'll show you what happened.

you know, xn is not ice at all, the problem with the bread roof was solved simply - I used to put a fried crust, then no, so it does not fall off, but !!!!!! the bread is not very good, in redmond it is much better, it's a pity they don't sell buckets ...
