Supra BMS-350 Bread Maker Manual
Technical characteristics of the Supra BMS-350 bread machine

The other day I bought a Supra BMS-350 Bread Maker. This is my first bread maker and first baking experience. I was very surprised that in the instructions and in the recipe there were no recipes for ordinary bread, but only with all sorts of impurities, so I blundered on guessing, tried different options. And then I guessed to look at this site, yesterday I took the recipe for the Supra BMS-230 model, it turned out great
DenRassk
Well done!
Supra has the most bakery bread makers!
The superpowers will catch up and surpass the rest of the bakers in the quantity and quality of baked bread !!!
(damn it broke out ...)
Andrzej nov
Well, very similar to Viconte 801, the lid (top) only of a different shape ...
Julia_44
Yesterday I baked bread, kneaded it like an Easter cake, only without raisins, included Sweet bread in the program, by the end of the cycle, all the household were spinning around the kitchen, gathering for the aroma of baking. 🔗
🔗 it turned out great, snapped it up still hot, when I remembered that I still wanted to photograph the sliced one, there was such a piece. The only negative, if cut not cooled down, crushes the crumb 🔗
🔗 and I also cooked apple jam. She peeled, cut the apples, held them in the microwave until soft, and put them in the bread maker, where she poured the sugar. sand 1: 1, installed the marmalade program, after the end, it seemed that the liquid jam turned out, put it again. The result surpassed all expectations, the cold jam is cut with a knife. a huge plus of cooking in a bread maker is that the process can be practically uncontrolled, there is no need to stir, there is no foam and does not burn. 🔗

Julia_44
That's just what I don't understand in any way, why this model is not on the Supra website. ru ???? 7
DenRassk
Well why not, here it is - 🔗
But in the supramazine there is no tono ... apparently not delivered yet
Julia_44
Here she is, where is the beauty !!! Thank you very much !!!! I pulled a user manual from there, only it for the BMS-250 model

The other day I bought a Supra BMS-350 Bread Maker.

Yulechka, please answer, is the drive in this hp metal? and how many blades? According to the photo, it seems like two should be
StAnna
There has been no one here for a long time
Comrades! Who has the same model! Well, please answer. And I ordered it already! Maybe they have already failed with you?

Who else would recommend this model?!?!?!?!
Julia_44
metal drive, two mixers in a bucket, bakes remarkably so far, twice a week for a loaf, wonderful without any complaints, take it, do not hesitate. 🔗

Uraaaaaaa! And then I already began to get used to it, to the virtual one! So I'm looking forward to when they bring it !!!

Julia, tell me, what kind of bread do you bake?
If you load less than a kilogram, what will happen?
Have you tried a sourdough oven without yeast in it?
Does the dumpling dough stir? is not overstrained?
Do you bake at night? does it rumble hard?
Everything is so interesting to me !!!! Of course I will try it all myself, but I want to know what she can do now!
I'm sorry to pester
Julia_44
then in order:
there is no simple ordinary bread as such in the recipe, so I took the recipe from Supra 355,

I baked bread according to the layout for 500 gr, it turned out to be a neat little crispy bun.

I didn’t try without yeast, I made sourdough at home, it refused to ferment flatly, apparently I broke the technology somewhere, I will try again.

I haven't tried the dumplings dough.

I do not recommend baking at night, because the monotonous noise of the stirrers practically does not interfere (the stove is in the kitchen), but a shrill signal in the middle of the cycle when you need to add the necessary ingredients will wake everyone up.

Try it, you will definitely succeed, for the first time try it strictly according to the recipe, here is the recipe for a simple white bread, and use the supplied measuring spoon and glass (aka a cup).

Bread weight 500 g 750 g 1000 g
water 170 ml 250 ml 330 ml
rast. butter 1½ tbsp. spoons 2 tbsp. spoons 2 tbsp. spoons
salt ½ tsp ¾ tsp 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. spoon 1½ tbsp. spoons 2 tbsp. spoons
dry milk 1 tbsp. spoon 1 tbsp. spoons 2 tbsp. spoons
flour 2 cups 3 cups 4 cups
dry yeast 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon

yesterday baked quick bread on the program 🔗

My bread maker is not being delivered. They write that "for reasons beyond their control" ... I'm waiting. I still hope. I even stopped choosing ...
You have beautiful bread!
I think in the recipe you can replace water and milk powder with the same amount of milk. Thanks for the exact proportions !!! And yet the recipe contains ordinary tablespoons, or a measuring spoon from the stove?
Julia_44
Thank you, the recipe contains a measuring spoon, I have it two-sided, for the sake of interest I poured the contents into a teaspoon and a tablespoon, it turns out a full spoon with a small slide, only it is more convenient for me to use a measuring spoon.

From the experience of making the dough in the usual way (not in a bread maker) and then baking it in the oven, I can say that adding ordinary milk to the dough affects the consistency of the bread crumb, in my opinion the crumb becomes heavier and more sticky or something.
StAnna
Thank you, Julia.
Something I already do not expect the stove. They wrote to me that they are not available from the supplier either. offer an alternative mule. I do not want. I'm already waiting for my wife and the price suits me. They write that it may take two weeks to wait ...
wait bye
Julia_44
you are on the site 🔗 ordered ?? or through a store - an intermediary ??

I ordered through the Positronic online store, they brought it literally 4 days later, I wanted first through the official. website Supra, only delivery was expensive for me, maybe they have a pickup, did not look

Julia, and on what program did you bake a 500g loaf, how long did you put it on, did it not burn? Indeed, in this model, only 3 weights are included in the programs - 1000g / 1250g / 1500g, etc. time. Or have you pulled out earlier?

Julia_44
baked quick bread on the program, did not burn, during kneading it was clear that there were not enough ingredients, she helped with a spatula, because the dough was wound on the blades and just rotated without touching, did not burn, took out at the end of the program. I baked it once, I didn’t repeat the experience more, it was more out of taste "considerations", it turned out very crispy

Yes, I also noticed that if the weight is less than the minimum recommended (1000g), then the bottom is decently fried on the middle crust (which I personally even like). I tested this oven on a 750g loaf. From this I concluded that when laying products on a loaf of less than 1000 g, if someone does not like a heavily fried crust, it is necessary to put the program on a weak crust.

And again, I personally do not see the point in baking small loaves in the oven from 1.0 kg to 1.5 kg. It is clear that the result will be irrelevant.
StAnna
Yulia_44, I do not live in a regional city, we have only two online stores with self-pickup, as well as ordinary electronics stores with frantic wrapping. I would like to have a specific address to return in which case. I found my wife, I was glad about the price. I do not want to buy a branded stove, because I really want to at first, and then the equipment is idle

Now I'll see what positronic offers, thanks for the tip

Julia, thanks for the photo of the bucket. And where the bucket is inserted in the stove itself, are the drive parts also metal?
Julia_44
yes metal, I did not guess to take a picture right away, I will lay it out next to the bucket
StAnna
Good day.How is the stove doing? what are you baking? How often? You probably already have a favorite recipe? Have you tried the oven with rye?
StAnna
My spouse is coming from Moscow! As soon as it arrives, I will join your ranks of bakers !!! Already the home ones are whining, they are asking for dumplings)))) And I'm waiting for an assistant
Julia_44
very good, we are waiting for the photo, step by step the process of making dough for dumplings, maybe I will learn how to make homemade dumplings))
Julia_44
just now I read a topic about dough for dumplings in a bread machine
Quote: Korata

vma !! Only during mixing ALWAYS stand near the stove and watch! Since I'm looking at yours - LG It may not be designed for such a steep dough !! And then burn the engine ...

here is Temka https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=82161.0
StAnna
No problem! I think that the supra will pull. The ski has a plastic drive and the power is low. Panas makes the dough steep at times, although the drive is plastic and the power is 550
StAnna
Uraaaaa! I'll pick up my bread maker today !!! Was waiting for her 4 weeks !!!!
StAnna
Well that's it! Supra 350 is mine !!!! Yesterday there was only enough time to study the instrumentation, wash all the components and double calcining for 10 minutes. Today I will bake in the evening !!! I liked her so much! And to the touch and smell (did not smell much). I am straight and do not know which bread to knead first !!!
StAnna
Nobody was happy for me
Yesterday I baked bread with the addition of rye flour. Yummy! I can't post photos yet.
Only I already have a small problem. One blade, when rotating, clings to the bottom of the bucket. Today at the bottom of the bucket I saw a circle with a diameter of a blade just ... when I was collecting dry HP ... It's sad. So she will remove the entire non-stick layer ... The husband said that he would come up with a thread.
Julia, don't you have that?
Julia_44
missed a message yesterday
in my bucket, the blades rotate parallel to the bottom, no where do they touch between the bottom and the blade there is a distance of about 0.5 cm, I assume that your HP has a manufacturing defect,
if the blade rubs along the bottom, not only the non-stick layer is removed, but as a result of friction, an additional load is created on the rotating element and, accordingly, on the motor.
You can try to put something like a washer or an O-ring on the pin tightly so that the spatula does not touch the bottom, and ideally replace the bread maker in the store.
StAnna
Good day, Julia !!!

I can’t go to the store. I really need it ... I've been waiting for it for so long ... And they will roll it back and forth again. I will try to cut out the silicone sealing rings for now, and it will not peel off and burn or oxidize. Have to donate one muffin mold
Julia_44
Good day.
It's a pity for the mold, you can buy selikon podkadki in the household store, 15 re a handful and create something from them, because you can assume that the substrates will wear out and have to be changed periodically
StAnna
Julia, thanks for the advice! I did not even think that they could be sold somewhere. Although I do not know if we still have household stores))). I remember a couple, I will ride today. And then my leaven came up, I need to bake bread)))
Beeka
Hello! Delicious bread for you! I'm also thinking about purchasing a bread machine, I liked the Supra BMS-355 in terms of functionality. What can you say good or bad about your stoves? I want to bake more bread with sourdough (I still need to grow it), maybe someone tried it?
Julia_44
good day, the Supra BMS-350 stove is wonderful, it has been tested and has been working for half a year without complaints, no minuses have been found directly on the model you are interested in write in the topic here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=120774.0
I also wanted to make sourdough bread, I tried to grow sourdough, I took the technology somewhere here on the forum, my sourdough did not want to ferment, apparently I broke something when I put it, I will try again.
Beeka
So it doesn't wander with me either. I put the usual on water and rye flour and sour milk, you can't live! I'll try to put another kefir
Julia_44
I tried it on rye flour, I will try again on wheat flour, after all, my soul is more for white bread))
Beeka
And I like rye or wheat-rye more! But as far as I understood, no matter what kind of flour the sourdough is used, you can bake wheat and rye and with bran ... I still have such a question, is your stove making a lot of noise during kneading?
StAnna

It seems to me that she is not very noisy. I haven't put it at night yet.
If you put bread on 1 kg or more, then she can handle it herself, and if less then I follow the bun and after the last kneading I correct a little so that the dough is evenly distributed over the bucket. On the middle crust, you get a ruddy beautiful bread. I really like the stove. I bake every other day)))

I didn't see the question right away.
I've tried it. Sourdough and water and flour and salt in a bucket in turn and turn on the Dough program, as soon as everything has mixed (no unmixed flour is left) turn off the program and leave for 30 minutes with the lid closed. After half an hour, turn on the TEST program for 2-3 minutes, turn it off forcibly and forget about the test until it doubles. I have from 3 to 5 hours. Switch on the BAKING program, after switching off do not remove for 30 minutes. all
But, this is how I do it. And you can still somehow adapt)))
Beeka
It's quite possible ... I'll adapt in the oven for now, since it's winter outside, the extra heat won't hurt! So far, in a cartoon, I baked 2 loaves with yeast))) I liked it

Good day . The other day we bought a Supra BMS 355 bread machine - Bread maker Supra BMS-350 here is the result, the first experience with the program - ordinary bread.

wheat flour bread ??
StAnna
Hello everyone!!!
Happy New Year!!!!

Something I made friends with my stove))) The roof is falling through (Apparently I'm afraid to pour flour. In general, not a single recipe went without adding flour (. Be sure to add from 50 to 100 grams when mixing. And how are you with this business, hostesses ?

Before Christmas, I baked half rye bread, half wheat flour, gluten-free. And for the first time there was no time to control and the soup was kneading and I did not help a bit. Hebushek even turned out to be even))), but the roof fell off (. Usually, after the last kneading, I took out the dough and slightly shaped the bar and put it back in the bucket))). The guests did not even touch the store bread

StAnna Bake according to recipes from the forum and you will succeed

There was the same problem with the first baking, then I found this forum, read a lot, found a Temko directly on this problem, took the recipe (somewhere higher in the topic) and, with this in mind, laid the ingredients for the next baking
Happy holidays everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!! All the best!!!!!!

Good afternoon, yesterday they brought me 350. The feeling was like New Year's.While I was waiting for her, I read the reviews and thought even came to refuse the purchase, but its price of 2000 (this is with delivery) pleasantly surprised.
So I was sure that it was unlikely that bread would turn out the first time, but this is how it worked:
Bread maker Supra BMS-350
Bread maker Supra BMS-350
I managed to photograph only half of it, because everyone tried it right away. So, I did it according to the recipe from the forum, but changed it a bit: 420 ml of water 2 tbsp. l sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l. races. oils, 4.5 tbsp. flour (extra weighed and about 650 g of flour came out), but I added 1 sachet of seasoning (10 g or 2.5 measuring spoons) to the yeast. Baked in 1 mode, dark crust, and 3 lb (max. Weight) and at night with a delayed start. In the morning, it turned out 980 grams of ready-made bread. The bread rose almost to the lid, it wouldn’t fit anymore, but I was still afraid that I was ordering a bigger stove, but with the declared 1,500, 1000 gr real bread turns out. The size of the bread was amazing, just huge.
There were, of course, the minuses of the first use: it still smells a little of plastic, although before use I calcined and washed the parts twice. The crust of the bread is beautiful. crispy, but slightly harsh, and although the crumb was well baked, it was already very airy, next time I will slightly adjust the recipe and program.
For the first time, just SUPER! I folded everything according to the recipe and went to bed. I didn’t hear any squeaks, in the morning the stove began to stir quietly. Surprisingly, I expected a noise, a crash, but everything was quiet. In the morning they took out a lush bread, cooled it down and had breakfast.

Dear bakers, please write the recipes you have tested and obtained for this particular model of oven, since you have to take recipes from other models, and they are for tiny breads. Share your valuable experience, since the supra does not have a normal recipe book, you have to experiment.
Julia_44
congratulations, very wonderful bread turned out
on the first page in the subject there is a recipe, I tested it successfully for a weight of 1000 g,
try the recipe that you originally took, only on the quick bread program, the dough proofing time is shortened there, so the crumb turns out to be quite light, but without excessive looseness
Katerrriiin
Thank you, Julia, for the advice. Now I'm breaking my head to bake something sweet and I also want to swing at recipes with rye flour.
