And what kind of slow cooker?

Girls, no butter or margarine in the dough! For greasing a saucepan only. And I have MV BINATON (BINATON MUC 2180).

Lena, class !!! (y) He's that tall, is that one portion? And what cream did you make? Specifically, did you use baking soda or baking powder?
LENOK26
Maina, this is 1 serving. The height of the cake is about 7 cm. Considering that this cake was made at 9 pm, as an experiment on a cartoon, I used soda, because the baking powder was out. And I made the cream fast - I had a semi-finished product * CREAM *, I added cold milk to it and beat the whole mixture with a mixer. You can add butter to this cream (and it is airy!), For * stability *.
And you can make sour cream (sour cream + boiled condensed milk) - it will be even better.

to warm honey with baking powder in a water bath?

I, too, do not understand something .. such a height from one portion is obtained? In the photo, the cakes look Ooooo thick ...

I wrote in the recipe - heat honey with baking powder or baking soda - no water bath is implied!

Above in the commentary, the size of the entire cake is given - 7 cm. It is cut into 5 parts, respectively, the height of each part is from 1 to 1.5 cm. There is a decent amount of butter cream between the layers. And all this looks big together!

so from the photo it just seems that you have at least cm 2 of each cake ... I saw that you wrote about a height of 7 cm ... that's why doubts tormented ..))))
LENOK26
Do not doubt the size of this cake, this is how it turns out. I did more today. A little later I will expose a photo of an uncut honey cake with a ruler
Here is the long-awaited photo.

The recipe says "Beat eggs and sugar until light foam (at least 7 minutes)."
but there is no sugar in the composition.
Honey is already warming up .. sos .. if eggs with sugar .. then how much sugar? .. won't stick together?))
LENOK26
I apologize, if there is a problem with the exposure of the photo, I accidentally * flew off * the recipe ..............
Urgent revision !!! Everything is in place!
makabusha
I baked it without sugar, probably because of this the cherished 7 cm in height did not work out.The lack of sugar in the cakes was compensated by smearing them with condensed milk. I will try again.

Thanks for the recipe! My report:
Honey cake in a slow cooker
The height of the baking turned out to be 9 cm in the middle))) My pyramid came out)
LENOK26
makabusha, well, it's okay, next time try to do everything according to the recipe - with sugar, and everything will be fine

KSENIAI'm glad you did it
nakapustina
Elena, but you can bake in advance, cut into cakes, and grease somewhere in a day or two?
LENOK26
Natalia, you can safely leave the cakes for a day or two. Nothing will happen to them
nakapustina
Thank you

Hello Lenok, do not tell me - have you tried baking in the oven? I have a small cartoon, I would like to bake it, but ... if you tried, then how long and what temperature?
LENOK26
Aksinya, if you bake in the oven, then the heating temperature should be about 150-170 * (depending on the quality of the oven itself) and about 30 minutes. Try to set these parameters, but if the microwave is on convection, then the time will need to add 10 more minutes. And again - about (the power is different for the stoves)!
And your multicooker has a saucepan of what size? Even if it is 2.5 liters, then the cake will turn out to be 9-11 cm in height! Small in diameter, but tall ...
Aksinya Kabyzdyakina
Thank you very much, I'll try it in the oven, but I have a little Panasonic cartoon

Honey cake in a slow cooker

Elena, thanks a lot for the recipe
francevna
Natalia, what a beautiful cake you have! And what is its diameter? I look at this beauty and think, can I buy a cartoon too? I'm afraid my husband won't understand. There is an oven and a bread maker. But you can't turn on the oven in the heat. Does the cartoon give a lot of warmth?
LENOK26
Natalia, I'm glad for you and for your resulting baked goods!
francevna, the multicooker has a plus - it really helps out in the heat! The stove does not heat and does not create a * bath * in the kitchen. And also the pluses - time is saved, food does not burn and a lot of things can be thought up (in a good sense of the word).
The multicooker does not have heat transfer, it heats up a little from the outside like C / P ( a bit ! ). A very handy thing !!!
nakapustina
francevna, I have a cartoon Panasonic-18, the diameter has now measured the outer 24, the inner -22 (if I did everything correctly)
francevna

nakapustina, Thanks for the answer. Good size baked goods.

I baked, I sit, I wait until it cools down, something is scary, but suddenly it is not baked
LENOK26
Anka-manka, well, what happened?
Anka-manka
Fear has big eyes, was afraid that it would not be baked, added another 15 minutes to the heating, did not take into account that it would still cool in the form. As a result, it burned a little on the sides and bottom. But, otherwise, everything is just fine! The recipe is wonderful, later, when I can tear myself away from the cake, I'll try to post pictures!
THANK YOU LENOK26 !!!
LENOK26
Well, you already know how long it will take to bake and next time you will have everything at the highest level!

Elena, according to your recipe, baked a biscuit in Oursson 5005. I got it higher than 8 cm. I cut it into 5 cakes while still warm. If my family gave him a day to stand, then it would be possible to cut thinner cakes. The biscuit is wonderful! Thanks for the recipe.

Elena, can you clarify the recipe in grams?

Elena, can you clarify the recipe in grams?

Yaroslavna, why translate them into weight if you take a simple 200 ml glass. and measure them.flour and sugar l. - if it is very thick, then take it with a small slide, and if it is liquid, then how much is collected in a spoon.
Well, at your request, an approximate distribution of the weight of the products.

IN a glass of 200 ml. enters flour 130g, sugar - 180g.
IN Art. spoon - 35 g honey
IN H. spoon - 12g soda

Irina1607, at the end of the baking time, open the lid, gently turn the MEDOVIK onto the wire rack to cool down and that's it.

Thank you so much for the recipe, I have already baked your honey cake with sour cream twice in a bork multicooker. They eat with a bang! Doesn't have time to soak, that's all .... Netuti .... It's a pity I don't know how to pull up the pictures ... I'm new here ...

Mamik
Girls, can someone tell me why someone has a smooth biscuit, and someone rises like a hill? For the cake, it is better to be even. And I also always have multi biscuits with a slide
