Cooking method

  • Boil rice in a pressure cooker: 1 cup rice, 2.5 multi-cups water, salt to taste, pressurized RIS mode and cook until cooked.
  • First, prepare the minced meat, for which the meat is passed through a meat grinder.

  • I cut carrots, sweet peppers into large strips. I cut the pepper into cubes. I cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
