For Panasonic there is a rye dough program and there is a stirrer paddle special for rye dough. Tell me if there is such a knife stirrer in nature for Kenwood BM 450 and does it have a rye dough program? This is it: Whole grain or whole grain bread: turns on for 30 minutes. preheating? I took a Panasonic shovel from a friend and, alas, she does not climb on Kenwood. It can be bought separately for 900 rubles. A friend bakes rye bread in Panamonica without looking into the bakery from ready-made mixtures. This is not possible in Kenwood. Should I sell it? It seems to have already got used to it and by design I like it more than the white Panasonic.

Owners of Panasonic 2500 do not have a program for kneading rye bread and, accordingly, they do not have a scapula either, but everyone bakes bread and does not bother ... And, by the way, look at what we are discussing here ...https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=169416.740

I don't know her Panasonic number (it seems 2501), but she definitely has a scapula, I saw her. And there is definitely a program for rye dough.

I have a Panasonic, I lost a blade of rye bread for a long time, but this does not interfere with baking rye bread. The standard spatula also does a good job of mixing. Try it and you will succeed too!

Which program?

Of course, I don’t know what programs you have, but you can bake rye bread not only on the rye bread program, which lasts 3 hours. 30 minutes. You can bake on the main program (4 hours), without dancing with tambourines, or you can knead the dough + proofing and baking for one hour. Look at the recipes in the topic about yeast bread, you can find a recipe for yourself. I often knead the dough on pizza and then bake in the oven after proving the dough (of course, if there is time for this). Panas has the following algorithm on the rye bread program: temperature equalization 45-60 minutes, kneading-10 minutes, rise 1 hour 20 minutes-1 hour 35 minutes baking 1 hour. This makes 3 hours in total. 30 minutes. Good luck!

So Ken 450 is a programmable stove. No program - do it yourself) It's a miracle, how wonderful)
And you can knead it with a spatula. Only Panas has a comb, it seems) And for sure it is protected by a patent, because no one has yet commented. As the owner of the comb, I can assure you: an ordinary spatula kneads no worse, and even better. The comb only reduces the load on the engine when mixing "heavy" rye tets.

By the way, I, too, once baked rye bread with an ordinary spatula (I forgot to change it) .. It's just that the "ordinary" spatula immediately stands in the HP, so to speak, on the ready (otherwise, a couple of times I forgot to insert the spatula altogether), and for rye it lies in the closet ...and so with an ordinary spatula, the bread turned out to be ABSOLUTELY the same ...

(forgot to change) ..

Then I had to add RED pen to recipes with rye flour "ANOTHER BLADE - DO NOT FORGET!!!"

I have Mystery. And I don't really like the way the rye dough is kneaded - it doesn't turn like a white bun, but just hangs on the knife. The knife, in my opinion, is too short.
You have to wield a lot with a silicone spatula.
No one knows if oven scoops, which knead rye bread well, are suitable for the Mystery pin?
I saw another type of blades with a curved end, it seems to me that they should knead better.

They don't have one on Gorbushka, only Mulinex on the 3rd floor (it doesn't fit, and the one that was - looks like a mystery one).
