In general, the first time I encountered this vegetable (red cabbage), if honestly, at first I was disappointed, it seemed very hard and not juicy, so I was not completely sure of the success of this venture, but ..... The end result was pleasing not only me, but my whole cheerful family. The husband said: Okay, we take it into service))). The only thing the guests would not be offered this dish, the color at the beginning frightened everyone, because after a little standing the cabbage turned blue-black. Next time I will definitely try to acidify.
