Ingredients

food fusion for kids 200 g
cocoa powder 50 g
butter 200 g
granulated sugar 250 g
water 100 ml
powdered sugar 2-3 tbsp. l.
coconut flakes (optional) 4-5 st. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil.
  • 2. Then add oil, simmer over medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken (this process took me 15 minutes).
  • 3. Mix infant formula (or milk powder) with cocoa.
  • 4. Add the butter / sugar mixture in small portions, as only half of the butter / sugar mixture may be needed. Mix everything well. The resulting mass should be loose, free-flowing.
  • 5. From the warm mass, form balls the size of a walnut.
  • Dip the balls in a mixture of cocoa and powdered sugar. Also, truffles can be rolled in ground nuts or coconut.
