Marinade

Cooking method

  • Stir the soy sauce with sugar and salt and marinate the chopped meat in it. Marinate for at least an hour. Put the meat on a napkin, blot the marinade. Grate the stewpan, wok, pan (what you will fry in) with crushed garlic. Heat the oil well and fry pork, breaded in starch for 5 minutes (shake off excess starch before frying). Transfer the meat to a plate and cover. Peel the pepper, cut into cubes. Fry the pepper and pineapple for 3 minutes, add tomato paste, salt and pepper and pour in pineapple juice. Add meat to the vegetables, and fry, shaking the pan a couple of times, for another thirty seconds.
