Ingredients

Milk 250g.
Sugar 50g.
Butter 15g.
Wheat flour 250g.
Dry yeast (I have a Saf-Moment for baking) 3d.
Sour cream 40g.
Peeled apples 150g.

Cooking method

  • Heat milk, sour cream, sugar, butter to 37C and the butter is completely dissolved.
  • Add flour mixed with yeast. Beat with a mixer for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in apples, grated on a coarse grater.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 40-60 minutes. Do not stir !!!!!!
  • You can fry in the usual way in heated oil, spreading it out with a tablespoon.
  • I fried in a takoychik. Grease with vegetable oil, spread to the very edge of the cell (1 dessert spoon). Turn over with pointed sticks when the top stops shining and holes appear, and the bottom is fried.
  • Sprinkle the finished donuts with icing sugar.
