Ingredients

The Vitesse frying pan has a heat-resistant domed lid, all the evaporated liquid flows back into the frying pan. I began to cook pilaf in it, it turns out delicious, crumbly rice. I have removed the kazan for now. And the gas burner "double crown" helps well, after switching off it keeps heat for a very long time.

I did not add tomatoes, only 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, and even a large head of garlic, divided into cloves and put at the very end.
Of course, a frying pan cannot be compared with a slow cooker, it will not work in an ordinary pan, everything will turn into porridge. And in this frying pan Vitesse is very convenient to cook, moisture almost does not come out, it returns along the lid back into the pan.
My husband really liked this recipe, but he is not a fan of such dishes.
