Ingredients

condensed milk (1 can) 398 gr.
chicken eggs (small, if large 2 pcs.) 3 pcs.
flour 100 g
baking powder 15 gr.
good quality cocoa 40 g
cream 35% (can be replaced with homemade thick and not sour sour cream) 600 gr.
powdered sugar 5-6 st. l.
vanilla 1 gr.
pitted cherry 350 gr.
gelatin 3 gr.
grated dark chocolate 40 gr.

Cooking method

  • I want to share with you the result of my experiment. Delicious, very tender, moist, chocolate-creamy cake, which can be frozen if desired! We really liked it, try it too!
