I bought a Chinese-made Mideo bread maker, which looks very high-quality, but one trouble is the main baking time is 2.4 hours and the bread does not have time to rise, the biggest time is for French bread, 3.3 hours, all normal bread machines have a main baking time of 3.5 hours , and in general my bread is baked, but it does not have time to rise. Can anyone advise anything.

If you need dishes from here there is a good one

Your dishes are completely useless here. You don't know where to put your ad

Sasha Kovale , in my ski there is a fast mode 1 hour 59 minutes - and bread according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=4459.0 it turns out wonderful. So baking time has nothing to do with it.

... to accurately measure the amount of ingredients!

We need scales, not dishes. Measuring cups and spoons are included with every bread maker.
Creamy
The exact weight of the poured bulk ingredients is measured by electronic scales, with an accuracy of the gram, and the liquid ingredients are measured in a measuring cup, or in a special baking spoon (two-sided, on one side a table, on the other, a teaspoon) included in the bread machine. And that's all. Only electronic scales are purchased.

Be specific, back up your words with specific brands of bread makers that do not have measuring cups and spoons. we are waiting.

And I have been baking bread in 2.5 hours for a long time on two programs. First for 1.5 hours, where 30 min. kneading and proofing for 1 hour, and then turning on the baking - 1 hour. And almost always everything works out. And if I see that the bread has not risen enough, I leave it to stand still and only then bake it.

Yes, he doesn't need it for a hundred years, he came here to advertise his store.
I don't know how to complain to the moderator, but I should

Thank you very much for your answers and advice, this is the first time I use the forum in general, I don't have a computer at home, I write at work. I didn't expect someone to answer, thanks for the advice. I brought my bread maker (I will not say the name again, so as not to embarrass anyone) for repair in the store where I took it, the kneading blade began to hang on the shaft, made of aluminum, and withstood only 10 batches. Now I think how to take money from the store and leave the car to them. I'm thinking of buying another one that ends at 450. So far.
