And the bread will not fall if you open the lid? As soon as I bought the HP, I looked there during baking and then always "mowed the roof" or a crater was formed and thanks for the recipe!
Love +
At first, my roof fell))) and then everything was fine, especially yesterday the bread turned out - a delight with kefir, I'll throw the recipe later)))
Ir4onok
Has the roof stopped falling by itself? or what secret is there?
Zoya Grishina
To prevent the roof from falling, you need to reduce the water? Did I understand correctly?

As I noticed, you cannot open the door of the HP during the preparation of bread (except for the stage of kneading the dough)

Lyubov Evgenievna, please tell me where this recipe comes from?
Love +
Liked?? I took something from other recipes on the Internet, but the filling and cheese on top of the bread is my version of events. Since I really love to cook and discover new tastes, I constantly experiment with food. I'll say this about the roof of the bread)) - if it falls, then you need to add less yeast and not very much liquid, the lump should not be too dry and not too wet, you need to poke your finger into it when kneading, if the dough sticks to your finger strongly, then add flour.
Ir4onok
I know that))) (about flour). You will still need to try to overcome fear and open the lid while baking.
PS: thanks for the advice

It's time for me to take the nickname "Instead" ... INSTEAD of olive oil, I put at the end of the batch (at the signal, simultaneously with garlic and herbs) a chopped piece, 30 grams, of salted bacon. Instead of beer - 80 grams of wet homemade cottage cheese and some green onions. I didn't add basil: I don't like it. The flour is true, I added 2 spoons. A wonderful bread with a good roof was baked, ruddy, oiled. Thanks for the recipe, I will bake it again. Moreover, there is room for creativity!

I have a short experience - I bake in KhP only 2 weeks. I knew nothing about the cover. I open it constantly during cooking to see how the process goes. I have never (pah-pah-pah), but I have baked it 6 times already, the roof has not fallen down.

It's one thing to open it when the batch is being mixed, and another thing to open it when baking has begun.
