Ingredients

Flour 1 glass
Sugar 1 glass
Egg (category C1) 3 pcs.
Apple 1 PC.
Vanillin
Salt
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, add sugar - beat the egg with sugar, add flour, baking powder and vegetable oil - beat everything together. Add apples. Bake for 50 minutes.

Note

Break the egg straight into the bucket of the bread machine, add a pinch of salt. Start kneading with the "Pelmeni" program. Beat for 1-2 minutes. Then add sugar and vanillin, beat for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the program (otherwise the flour will scatter in all directions). Add flour, baking powder and vegetable oil (to prevent the dough from sticking to the bucket). Switch on the program "Pelmeni" again. Mixing for 5-7 minutes is enough.

While the dough is kneading in "full composition" we cut the apples

Add apples to the dough. One full stroke of the scapula (until it stops) is enough to simply stir the apples.

Turn off the Pelmeni mode. We turn on the "Baking" for 50 minutes.

And this morning I decided to please my wife with something sweet.
Searching for recipes on the site led to this lovely charlotte.
He got out of bed quietly at a quarter to seven (had already slept) and crept into the kitchen.
And after an hour, the charlotte readily lay down from the bucket on the wire rack under the towel.
And by breakfast it was already quite edible in temperature.

Thank you so much for the recipe. I reduced the amount of sugar by half, and it turned out too sweet, although I baked with sour Antonovka. Next time I will put 1/4 cup, I am not a sweet tooth ... And I also pulled out the blade after kneading and therefore the hole turned out to be small and inconspicuous.
