The bread tastes like "Palyanitsa" made from wheat flour that was sold in Soviet times.
For a long time I did not dare to try this recipe - it seemed similar to others.
It turned out to be a very peculiar, delicious bread!
Now I will bake often, alternating with others. We have a rich selection.

The original recipe from Bork contains liquid honey. It's just that recently there has been an opinion that honey, when heated, forms some kind of terrible compounds in the form of carcinogens ...

I just baked a 1000g loaf. Baking from 1 grade flour. The bread is baked well, but the texture is not as porous as in the photo from MariS. The taste is sweet, aromatic, honeyed. Next time I'll add an apple to this recipe. I put as little yeast in the bread as possible, maybe that's why the crumb is not so porous.
Flour -650g Water-400ml Honey-40g Sl. oil-40g Sugar-5g Salt-5g Yeast Saf-moment-3g.
Tomorrow I will have to bake new bread, because this one is good for tea.
You should try to bake in the "Sweet Baking" mode.

Only honey, in my opinion, is too much. The original recipe requires 1 tbsp. l or a little more.
And there is no porosity, apparently because the balance is not quite observed (liquid and dry substances).
Take the weight of a loaf I indicated, 500g and multiply by 2. You may need a little more flour ...

Baked specifically for dili1979 twice. Loaf of 500 g.
First, from the old flour "Makfa" - I had to add 60 g. The second time with a new pack of "Makfa" - it was necessary to add 70 g for the bun to turn out according to the rules.
And you have reduced the composition of the flour by 25 g - this is a significant amount.
Apparently, you need to ask the moderators to correct the total amount of flour in the list or indicate my addition in bold type.
