We sold these. Didn't seem like a serious device ... I didn't buy it. Maybe in vain?

They wash elementarily, a few cutting movements under a stream of water and you're done, no more difficult than graters, without which many also safely manage - all with a knife, a knife.

I have these erringen scissors, they cut excellently, I really like it. You can't cut so fine with a knife. I process even relatively large volumes, because for me personally it is more convenient than with a knife.
The only thing that is not very convenient is that the chopped greens get stuck between the blades. The solution to this problem is simple - at the end of cutting, I do a few vigorous cutting movements with no load and all the pieces fall out of the blades freely. I hope I explained clearly
Scissors can be washed very easily with a regular dish brush (but not with a sponge!)
Merri
Kate, thanks for the support! I also continue to actively exploit them.

I don't trust the combine to cut greens, it turns out more accurately with scissors.
Maybe they are different in quality? Mine, for example, are very sharp! On the first day I cut myself badly when I washed them, I did not expect that they would be so sharp ...
dopleta
I have two of them, different manufacturers and also not stupid. There are also similar ones for the salad. But what to do - I don't like it !! I get a good knife both faster and smaller (not a salad, of course). And more productive, because with a knife you can chop up a thick bunch, which scissors do not take. And I cut very large quantities with a combine, in a matter of seconds.
NikLana
I, too, have such scissors, only with them, like a comb, you hold them along the blade and everything is clean. It is very convenient to cut a lot of greenery with them.
Merri
NikLana, take a picture of your scissor comb. May be sold separately. Although, I already wrote that cleaning them does not cause problems for me. I usually cut a bunch of greens, I don’t do industrial harvesting, so I never start the combine for this, just dirty it.

Lorik, I just saw Temka - yeah, I won't buy it, it's not for nothing that when I bought a ham, they weren't on sale.

So it was not because there was a deficit! And if you buy everything that you see in the store, life is not enough to hold every thing in your hands, let alone use it.

I bought such scissors in the public domain, it seems in the Carousel, I did not like it. They have been lying for 2 years already.I read Temka and decided to give them one more chance, I'll try.

Aha!

I didn't want to, but I saw it and bought it. You can easily do without them. They don't cut, but crush the greens. It is easier to cut the greens with ordinary large scissors.
susika
Likewise. They lie for a couple of years. and * a comb * was attached, but they quickly clog up very quickly.

And I'm very comfortable. A sister brought it from Israel. Prepara. nothing gets stuck. For a salad, that's it.
Akvarel
I also have such, they cut finely and quickly. Can be directly sliced into soup or salad, without using a chopping board. To prevent crushing the greens, you need to take not very large bunches.
MariV
dopleta, Larissa, well, yes, I got fucked up, you can tease me for it! Duc, after all, I had a discount, I didn't know how to apply it, but here these scissors ...

Girls, and I found a use for them in the household, it often happens that you need to throw out receipts, receipts for payment, etc. documents that indicate the name, address, passport data, phone numbers, in short, you understand me, I have these scissors instead of a shredder for destruction papers
Ansi
And my husband checked it out: he often prepares a salad, but he hates cutting greens for it, I had to ... And now there are no problems ... Yes, and after him, I don't have to clean up the remnants of onions and herbs throughout the kitchen)

No, for blade-reeds, ordinary kitchen scissors will do, the same Teskomovsky ones. After all, I personally bought a large amount of greenery.
But for the salad, they turned out to be not bad at all, the fact that they wrinkle is even good. The salad is juicier.
Merri
I don't cut salads so finely and I like them to crunch. And I like greens over a saucepan or over a plate. It is possible with ordinary scissors, but with these it turns out smoother and faster. Who adapted how!
Oxanaev
I have been using these for a year now. I am generally a lazy person and all my devices appear in the kitchen because of this. It is convenient that you can cut directly into dishes (a plate, a saucepan, etc.) and you do not need to wash the board later, but the scissors clicked under the tap and they are clean.
Merri
I also like them because they get neatly, the pieces do not fly in all directions.
dopleta
And why do they fly in all directions?
Merri
For example, when you pour off the board, they strive to scatter.)

Girls, will they cut the sorrel? I look at them for a long time, sometimes I want to, sometimes I don't want to. I do not know. It is tempting if the green tea is right on the plate, until I wanted them again.
Bast1nda
Maman gave me on the day of spring)))) She wanted everything, but my hands did not reach. Yes, and the price stopped, it seemed not an essential item. I want to use it when harvesting greens, so it gets boring to cut it)))), and the combine crushes it. Well, in the salad, soup. Mine go straight away with a self-sharpening case, I hope they won't wrinkle.
lana light
albina1966, sorrel will probably cut too thin ... For my example, the distance between pairs of blades is about half a cm. For greens, salad, green.onion is that, but sorrel? ...
I also use these scissors like this - I cut lemon peels for limoncella, horseradish / cherry / currant leaves into strips for pickling cucumbers / tomatoes in jars. It seems to me that this way more aromatic substances will pass into limoncella or brine / marinade.
velli
Girls, and I somewhere read a review on these scissors and pushed their purchase. And now I read your reviews and I wanted to buy them. Please tell me which brand to buy so that you can use them. I don’t want to buy and then roll around in a drawer of the kitchen table.
albina1966
velli, I join the question. I also look at them many times, but the reviews are contradictory.

I have Erringen scissors and I enjoy using them. In addition to greens, I use them to cut Peking cabbage (leaves), and the stalks - on Berner. Scissors also cut tangerine slices well.

Albina, I rarely cook sorrel, but it seems to me that there will be the very THAT.
At the expense of taking or not taking, I will say that, of course, this, like a lot of what we have in the kitchen, is not an essential item, but I, for example, when I saw them in the store could not buy and now neither for which I will not give it up, although sometimes I can cut a sprig of parsley or other herbs with a knife, especially if you need to chop finely and finely.

albina1966, I have it, but I hardly use it.
Cutting a twig into a plate is irrelevant to me.
I always use a lot of greens, and cutting a bunch is quicker and easier with a knife. You can't grab a lot with scissors, you just don't have enough strength to cut through, the greens get stuck between the blades and not so much cut as wrinkle. Maybe my scissors are of poor quality (I don't remember the company now, but they cost a lot in their time) or I don’t know how to do something, but they didn’t take root with me.
Merri
I also often cut a large bunch, I just do not need to cut it sideways, I hold the bunch over a bowl and move the scissors around the bunch, grabbing a small amount of greens, gradually cutting the whole in a circle. It doesn't take much time. And, of course, you can't cut a thick bunch.

I saw in the video how they cut a bush.
I'll see how much it costs, and then I'll decide. Dear ones, I won’t take it.

No, it's not about the scissors. I have not even one of them, they are all good firms, but they also did not like them. Purely physically: in order to cut at least one branch, at least a bunch of greens, you need to make a lot of movements with the hand holding the scissors, squeezing the blades, the distances between which then still need to be thoroughly cleaned of stuck scraps. In my opinion, these actions are counterproductive. Chopping a large bunch of greens at once with a sharp knife is much easier - that's my point of view.

I bake eggs in the airfryer on a medium wire rack and medium speed at 150 ° C. They are very tasty. Boiled in water are completely different.

It's a pity I haven't met here.
