  • I'll make a reservation right away, this is again a recipe for the Mistletoe Batboot dough. Well, what can I do, I'm in love with him, and not without reciprocity ... Because everything that comes to mind comes out of him.
  • This time we got this kind of cake.
  • Let me remind you how to make the dough: heat the whey to 35-40 degrees, grind the yeast with a spoon with granulated sugar until it "flows". Stir with whey, pour oil, put flour, salt. This time, I also put chopped dill (about 1 tbsp. L.), Because I originally wanted to make a dill curl (you can see the topic in Mistletoe about batboots).
  • We knead. My bread maker is interfering - 30 minutes. kneading, 1 hour proofing with one kneading. The dough is quite sticky, when laying out on the board we do not hesitate, dust it with flour.
  • Divide into 16 parts, from which we make small pies. This time I had the simplest filling of boiled rice, onions, dill and boiled egg. Rice (raw) took this amount - half a multi-glass, one egg, leeks (green part), 15 centimeters long.
  • Now the biggest secret of this pie!
  • We dip each pie in vegetable oil, or rather, it will be better if you dip your hand in the oil and brush it on all sides. We put the smeared pie in an unlubricated multicooker pan, we do the same with everyone else.
  • We put the pan in a slow cooker, close the lid and turn on the "Heating" for 3-4 minutes. Turn it off, and let the pies distance for another 40 minutes. Then we turn on the "Baking" for 65 minutes.
  • After the signal, we take it out carefully, using an insert from a double boiler, because our pie strives to break up into separate pies! But if it suddenly disintegrates, it's not scary. All the same, to live "fallen out of the nest" is not long - someone's playful hands will immediately pick it up

  • This is a hot pie torn off and broken right there and then. Therefore, I cannot boast of a lace crumb - it is wrinkled. But believe me, this is very good!

This method, dipping pies in vegetable oil to make one big pie out of them, was told to me a long time ago. I use it quite often, because I do not like it when the filling pops up. And a large pie - with cabbage, with mushrooms - no matter how you cut it, you will still spill half of the filling when serving. So this method is good for a holiday cake (even in a slow cooker, even in an oven), for a cake that you take with you to a picnic. Individual patties are easily separated from each other. And the taste is not traditionally baked, and not fried, on the other hand.
In general, if you suddenly did not know this method, try it.
The dough can be any, and any filling. The principle of dipping in oil is important.
