Mediterranean zucchini

Ingredients

zucchini (zucchini) young 4 things. (about 800 g)
Red pepper 2-3 pcs.
onion (preferably red) 1 PC.
garlic 1 clove
celery 1 stem
feta 150-200 g
salt (preferably sea salt) taste
olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
fresh basil 2 twigs
pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I found a recipe for an Italian vegetable pie in a magazine, I liked the filling so much that now I constantly cook it as an independent dish).
  • Wash the vegetables, peel the onion and zucchini. Core the peppers and chop quite coarsely. Cut onion into rings, zucchini into squares, chop celery. Heat oil in a saucepan, put pepper, onion and zucchini. Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, squeeze out the garlic. Transfer vegetables to a bowl.
  • Rinse and grind the basil. Cut the feta into cubes and add to the vegetables along with the basil. Season with salt, pepper and you can eat).
  • Zucchini can be substituted for zucchini.
