Coarse wheat flour (I used 405/350 gr.
Baking powder 1/1 Art. l.
Yeast 1/1 tsp
Sesame for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Place the ingredients in the container of the bread maker according to your instructions.
  • Set the weight of the loaf to 750g / 500g and the crust color to taste (I used “dark”).
  • Select the French program. You can use the Whole Grain program.

I baked a small loaf on the single-grain mode, added a spoonful of sesame seeds and a spoonful of Provencal herbs to the dough, and increased the milk by 20 ml. Judging by the result, more could have been added. I missed the moment of baking, so I could not sprinkle it.

The loaf came out with a kind of "hairstyle", but the aroma and taste !!!
