Who has such a drying, please share your impressions.
And yet - it is very similar to the Liberton Turbo dryer.

I have such a drying. I bought it after Zelmer 36Z011 had completely deteriorated (it worked for 3.5 years and now the fan is constantly junk).
Extremely roomy. Compared to the Zelmer, this drying is more powerful, but the trays are flimsy and the mesh cells are larger. There is a smooth gradation of the temperature regime, I checked it with a food thermometer, it keeps the temperature correctly. It dries, it seems, evenly. The fan does not make a lot of noise, in the next room with the doors open it is completely inaudible.

I also looked like it looks impressive, and the trays are flimsy, this stopped me from buying. Although, maybe this is enough, do not put bricks there.
And you probably won't be able to dry the greens - the cells are large.
Write how you experience using.

The trays turned out to be quite normal. We dried in it all autumn. Everything is fine, it keeps the temperature.
For my greens, my husband cut some kind of mesh, special, it is designed for high temperatures, there are small cells, so even dill was quietly dried. Basil, parsley, mint, lemon mint, celery (leaves) were also dried without any problems. Well, sovrshenoo calmly, I dried grated zucchini (as for pancakes), celery, parsnips, parsley root, garlic (thin strips) and a bunch of carrots. everything was fine, did not fail anywhere.

Due to the move of my children, this strange beast got lost in the garage. And then the apricot piled a lot. I loaded the marshmallow and a whole cheesecloth. Now the question is: - \ Should I insert all pallets or only occupied ones?
mary_kyiv
I only insert busy ones. If there are not enough such pallets, then I simply hang the outside with a towel to maintain the desired temperature.

I made dried cherries. One pallet holds exactly 1kg of prepared cherries strained from syrup. Dried all 3 hours at t = 60 ° C

Acquired in February 2013. This is already the second dryer, so there is something to compare with. The first Bomann CB 435 runs its fourth season.
In general, I am satisfied with the purchase. For the second month both dryers are not switched off. Positive points:
1. Very spacious - fits around a bucket of vegetables or fruits.
2. The presence of a thermostat.
3. It does not make much noise compared to the Bomann CB 435.
Disadvantages:
1. Drying over the area of the tray is not uniform - faster near the fan, and slower on the opposite side.
2. Medium trays dry faster and upper and lower trays slower.
3. The height of the trays is insufficient - when drying large halves of apricots or peaches, they do not fit in height. It would be desirable to make the sides of the trays higher. It would be desirable to make the bottom tray solid and not lattice, so that drops of fruit juice during drying do not run down to the bottom of the case.
3. The inner bottom of the case is ribbed, making it difficult to clean.
