Cooking method

  • Manya (Sonadora) , I liked the idea, keep our suburban a bun-cheesecake answer to your lemon buns!
  • I did double portion, because one left at home, and the other took to work. Therefore, it turned out an experiment (for me at least) of baking cheesecakes in a bread maker (since I don’t have two cartoons. The bread maker has its own advantages - the top will brown itself, although I thought that due to the small volume the top would be pale, but no, everything is OK! So go ahead!
  • Pour milk into the bread maker, add salt, sugar, eggs, flour mixed with yeast and knead the dough on the "dough" or "dumplings" program (to whom it is more convenient and more familiar), As Manya correctly writes, enter fats (butter and vegetable oil) into the dough is better at the end of the kneading, so that the flour has already had time to be saturated with water and again thoroughly knead the dough. Yeast dough generally loves to be kneaded longer, so don't overdo it for sure!
  • After kneading, we put the dough for proofing (some in a slow cooker, who leaves in a bread maker (this is also someone who is used to it).
  • After the dough rises 2.5 times, we take it out on a table powdered with flour and twist small rolls with curd filling, gently pinching the bottom cut of the rolls, so that it would be easier to put the filling on the dough strips closer to one edge and then when twisting the filling does not will prevent you from pinching the bottom edge. We put the rolls with the pinched edge down in a greased multicooker pan or in a bucket of a bread machine (having removed the knives beforehand), let it stand still for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the top of the cheesecakes with a mixture of crushed nuts and sugar and put on baking for 40 minutes in a bread machine or for 40 minutes in a cartoon. Whoever will bake in a cartoon can, like Manya, at the end of 40 minutes of baking, turn the cheesecakes upside down and bake the top for another 7-10 minutes. The top is baked in the bread maker and it's amazing without it!

  • Bon Appetit everyone! And Mane (Sonadora) another special thanks for the previous recipe!
