Cooking method

  • Didn't use sunflower seeds and oatmeal, so I increased the amount of flour.
  • This bread is perfect for toast with butter and jam, cheese, ham ...
  • Honey influences the flavor of the bread, try adding different types of honey to find your favorite flavor.
  • Place all ingredients in the order shown in the table (or as indicated in the instructions for your HP).
  • Set the weight to 750 g, crust color - medium, mode - basic.

Thank you for the delicious bread recipe! I baked it, everyone liked it very much, it didn't come to toasts, so I'm baking it today for the second time, let's try toast from it. Instead of kefir I used fermented baked milk and I had to add a lot of water for the first time (5 tablespoons), but the result pleased me.
