Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 forks
Egg 2 pcs.
Yogurt (sour cream) 2 tbsp. l.

The batter is very tasty, everything will beat up with the blender's foot in just a few seconds. I didn't have dry mustard, so I had to add the usual one made at home.

It was baked in a frying pan a little fat, probably, the cottage cheese took excess fat.
I baked in an air fryer like this:
I covered the bottom of the basket with baking paper, spread the cabbage in batter, and 160 * for 10 minutes. Then for frying, set for 4 minutes at 200 *. Didn't like the bottom was unbaked, turned it over and again by 200 * for 4 minutes.
I think it will be possible to do everything without paper, which will reduce the cooking time.
