Thanks for the recipe. I dare to suggest a small amendment. Armenians prefer to marinate real barbecue only in onions, salt and black pepper! And nothing more! The meat is always juicy and aromatic, with the taste of MEAT! And according to experience, it is not necessary to put it in the refrigerator, nothing bad will happen to it in half an hour, and the meat will be juicier.
