Dry yeast 2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Buckwheat honey 1 tbsp. l.
Water + whey 350 ml.
Basil 1 tbsp. l.
Masdaam cheese 100 g
Olives 100 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pour 50 ml of yeast. warm water and leave for 5 minutes. Pour 300 ml into a bucket from a bread machine. warm liquid, add salt and honey. Pour flour on top. Pour yeast onto the flour and mix the yeast with flour without touching the liquid. Then she turned on the bread maker, set the mode manually (1 batch 5 minutes, rest 20 minutes, 2 kneads 10 minutes, rise 45 minutes, rise 1 hour, bake 1 hour 30 minutes). At the beginning of the second batch, I added chopped cheese, basil and olives. After the second kneading and after the first rise, the dough was molded by hand in olive oil.
  • The bread turned out to be VERY tasty, I bake far from the first bread, but I was probably looking for it all the time.

Thank you very much for the recipe. The bread is very tall and tasty. I changed it for myself. The ratio of flour to water, too + following the bun, add 2 tbsp. l wheat flour.
I add 2 tbsp. l wheat bran yeast 1.5 tsp instead of honey 1 tbsp. l sugar. Well, supplements are among those that are at the moment. Today I have 1. tsp dried garlic + 2 tbsp. l dried onions.
