Banana cake with lemon

Ingredients

flour 300 g
baking powder 1 tsp
soda 1 tsp
salt pinch
sugar 200 g
butter 200 g
milk 200 g
sour cream 6 tbsp. l.
medium bananas 3 pcs
lemon juice 2 tsp
lemon essence 3-4 drops

Cooking method

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees. The recipe suggests using three forms with a diameter of 15 cm. I baked in a slow cooker.
    Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon essence, sour cream and mashed bananas and beat until smooth. I also added lemon and orange zest. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix with the resulting mass. Dissolve lemon juice in milk - milk should curl up, and then add to the mixture, mix well.
    Lubricate the drain pan. butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough into a mold. I baked for 60 minutes and left it in the slow cooker for 10 minutes.
    Put to cool on a wire rack and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
