Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes 8 pcs
Mozzarella cheese 125 g (1 pack)
Olives 0.5 cans
Small marinated champignons 0.5 cans
Quail eggs 12 pcs
Chicken egg (for batter) 1 PC
Bread crumbs (for batter)
Vegetable oil
(for semi-deep fat)
Leaf salad
Mayonnaise (for dressing) 8 tablespoons
Granular mustard (for dressing) 4-6 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Boil quail eggs in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Cool, clean.
  • Prepare a chicken egg batter, you can slightly salt it. Dip each quail egg in batter, and then roll in bread crumbs.

  • Put whole cherry tomatoes, pickled mushrooms, olives in the bowls. Chop the mozzarella balls in half. Tear the salad into pieces.

  • Drizzle with mustard dressing (a mixture of mayonnaise and granular mustard).

  • Lay the quail eggs fried in a dumpling batter on top.
