Ingredients

I had smoked meats on demand:
smoked chicken breast 1 PC
salami sausages 5 pieces
smoked horse meat sausage 150-200g
potatoes -5 pieces
onion 1 PC
pickled cucumber 2 pcs
tomato -2 pcs
olives, lemon to taste
salt, pepper, dry adjika, marjoram and basil, dill to taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chopped sausages, pickled cucumber and onions, put everything in the bowl of the pressure cooker on cooking mode, set the time to 50 minutes.
  • Fried sausage with onions and cucumbers, well, most likely stewed it for 5-7 minutes.
  • In a grinder, I chopped the tomatoes to a puree state, added cucumber pickle and olive pickle, added everything to the sausage bowl, stewed it for another five minutes.
  • I added potatoes, smoked chicken breast, poured hot water (preferably boiling water) to the maximum.
  • Closed the roof, pressure 3.
  • After the end of the program, the soup stood for 15-20 minutes, then disassembled the chicken breast and meat into a soup. She left the soup to stand on heating, so that it would infuse.

This multicooker has some great features:
- you can change the pressure during cooking from 0 to 3 (high), without disconnecting from the network, turning off the program to zero.
- you can choose a convenient program (simmer, cook, etc.), first fry the vegetables with the lid open, then add everything you need, close the lid, set the pressure - and the pressure cooker will continue to work in the set mode. At the same time, it is not gentle to reset the program. Just when you turn on the mode, you need to add 10-15 extra minutes for sautéing vegetables. And if the chicken soup is tender, then you don't have to add time, the soup will be ready and so, everything will be on time. Cooking for example soup, by default 1 hour.
