Cookies with hazelnuts and chocolate

Ingredients

Whole hazelnuts 170 g
Butter 150 g
White sugar 0.5 st
Brown sugar 0.5 st
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Egg 1 PC
Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Chocolate* 170 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Fry the hazelnuts. 0.5 tbsp. coarsely chop the nuts, grind the rest in a food processor to a paste.
  • 2. Mix butter, both types of sugar, vanilla essence and egg, beat until a light mass is obtained. Combine with hazelnut paste, stir until smooth.
  • 3. Mix flour, salt and soda, pour into the whipped mass. Add chopped chocolate (or use ready-made chocolate chips) and chopped hazelnuts. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough turns out to be cool:

  • 4. Form into balls the size of a walnut, place on a baking sheet at intervals of 4-5 cm. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C until light brown. Cool on a wire rack.

Note

* The original uses white chocolate (170 g). For not having it, I put the usual "Babaevsky" dark 100 g (it seems to me 170 g. Will be a bit too much, too sweet. Although as you like ...)
