Ingredients

Dough:
Fruit puree (I have apple cider) 300g.
Milk 70g.
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 100g.
Fresh pressed yeast 12g.
Dough:
Opara
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 400g.
Sugar 1 st. l.
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.
Softened butter 50g.
Milk for lubrication
Sugar for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • For fruit puree apples (3-4 pcs.) Peel, grate or grind in a blender, add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and leave for 10 minutes until the juice comes out. Then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Weigh 300g.
  • Prepare dough. Pour cold milk into puree, mix. Check that it is not excessively hot. The temperature should be no higher than 37C. Grind the yeast with your hands with flour into crumbs, pour on top. Beat for 2 minutes. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Next, add softened butter to the dough and beat with a combine (mixer) for 1 minute.
  • Then add flour, salt, sugar. Knead in a combine according to the scheme:
  • 2 minutes - 1 speed
  • 5 minutes - 2nd speed
  • Or use the Dough mode in HP.
  • The dough is soft, sticky.
  • Grease the table and hands with vegetable oil. Form a ball out of the dough (as shown Fruit puree buns

Thanks for the recipe ... the buns turned out to be just airy. I just didn't want to mess around - I adapted it for my oven (it gives time to equalize the temperatures) - when I mixed mashed potatoes with milk, sugar and yeast, put everything in the oven tray, on top of flour immediately, salt, sugar and small pieces of butter .. turned on the main dough mode and pulled out half an hour earlier - cut them into bread rolls, on a baking sheet and into the oven, and after 15 minutes turned on the oven)))
